Henry and I live near and manage the property. Henry has fished this lake for more than 30 years and done well in many tournaments. We raised our kids hunting and fishing in the area.
Why the Owner Chose Farmerville
We put this cabin here to accommodate families taking time to take their kids fishing, hunting or enjoying time away from the hurried schedules of the regular day. Lake D'Arbonne has many kinds of fishing available year 'round, hunting in the winter, and summer water sport areas.

Rented 2 of the cabins this past weekend. We fished, grilled and watched the LSU game. Very nice place. The deck is lit for night fishing. Spoke with the owner, Shalane, while we were there. She was very nice and even shared a few fishing tips. If you’re visiting Farmerville, LA, check out these cabins. You will not be disappointed.
Recommended for:Age 55+, girls getaway.

My husband and I spent the weekend and relaxed. It is a nice quiet place to stay, fish, read, and what ever you decide to do.

My best stay in Louisiana. It surely beats any hotel, the comforts of home away from it. I will definitley be back! Very clean. Nice sunsets. Wedgewood California
