Wonderful visit - again! The condo is so comfy and homey! Walking to Old Town restaurants is such fun. Biking, hiking, snow shoeing and skiing is the best. Having son, his wife, and 2 grandchildren here is icing on the cake! Can't wait to come back!

We do hate to leave this beautiful condo! We have felt very comfortable and at home here. Have loved the sunrises, as well as watching from the balcony as the mountains changed colors at sunset. So convenient to walk to Old Town to the many wonderful restaurants. Shelly has been great, efficient and prompt. We will definitely come back! P.S. The nearby bike trails are fabulous!

What a lovely place to find ourselves as we begin a new year filled with so much hope, joy, faith and balance of opportunity. The simplicity and elegance of the loft makes it so easy to see that it is really simple: love.

We enjoyed our stay in the loft very much and appreciated the flowers and note from Shelly. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and all the appliances were fantastic. Great time!

We really enjoyed our stay in this perfect location - took advantage of walking and riding everywhere...City Park to downtown. We loved the patio, the view of Long's and Meeker and all the surrounding leafy trees (we are a little short on these south of here). Thanks so much for a great week!

Thanks again and you have a beautiful rental property in Fort Collins. We enjoyed every moment we spent in the apartment. I mirror my son's comments regarding the condo. We all enjoyed staying there over the weekend. The graduation and your place were great. Wish we had better weather, but that was a small price to pay for a truly enjoyable weekend.

We had such a lovely time at the loft. It was absolutely perfect for our little family. Your loft was gorgeous... it felt so much like home - and you thought of everything, from the sodas and water in the fridge to all the nice soft towels and the yummy warm bedding. I can't thank you enough.

Thanks so much for a wonderful time at the loft. Your home is simply beautiful, and we enjoyed our Thanksgiving. The area is great, we explored lots including Boulder, Estes Park, hiked a little in the Rocky Mt Nat'l Park and enjoyed several great meals in Fort Collins (not to mention shopping with my daughters). The loft is a perfect location, and I loved the fleece sheets on the master bed so much, I'm in search of them!
