This DEL MAR BEACH CONDO is located in an ideal location. Merely walk across the street and you are on the bluff of one of the most beautiful beaches in San Diego. Stroll along the bluff, or walk down a path to access the white sandy beach. Maybe walk down to Jakes or The Poseidon for an ocean inspired lunch or cocktail. In the evening, relax on the deck and watch the magnificent California sun sink into the horizon.
On the weekends, you might want to take advantage of the Farmers Market and buy some fresh produce to go with your fresh grilled fish that you cooked on your gas barbeque grill. The fun never ends! In July and August, make sure to take in the track. Walk if you like. Or you might just want to have a lazy afternoon at the pool. You have SO many options!!

I bought my condo in the heart of Del Mar knowing that I could enjoy the unbelievable ocean views from my deck, and walk to all of the restaurants, shops and beaches! What an experience it is to LIVE the GOOD LIFE in a climate that everyone dreams about! The summer is amazing, as I can watch the sunsets while barbecuing, and then take a stroll to either a world class beach, or a fun filled oceanfront restaurant/bar. I'm literally steps away from everything a couple or family could want in a summer vacation!
Why the Owner Chose Del Mar
I have always loved this part of Southern California, and visited often in the summer. Why WOULDN'T I take advantage of this golden opportunity?
