This makes for a great, romantic getaway. Located less than 1000 ft. away from beautiful Beacon's Beach, the condo allows for a spacious yet relaxing getaway. A lot of work was recently completed to update the condo, (not yet seen in the pictures, still undergoing construction), but included ceiling overhaul, new paint throughout, new fan, new wood flooring and freshly painted deck.
Guests love the proximity to the beach and easy access to all of Leucadia's attractions. The condo is right above our spa and services are available for a discount for just being our guest here. With a gated parking area and your own parking spot, this makes a wonderful little getaway for a few days, or even a whole month. Enjoy the deck and sunshine in sunny California with close proximity to Legoland, the zoo, the Wild Animal Park and Balboa museums. Encinitas is a terrific family-oriented area which is safe and fun. We love living here and we're sure you'll love the area, too!

We live here as a family of three, but also own a spa on the property called A Better Balanced Body. It is a wellness spa and we can incorporate our services into your vacation to make your time here truly relaxing and special.
Why the Owner Chose Encinitas
At first we purchased with family. When we bought them out we were left with a spare apartment. Seeing as we love meeting new people, it seemed only natural to enjoy having guests.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We are so close to the beach and Leucadia is a blast. It is truly one of the last real beach towns left in California. Originally established by British pilgrims celebrating religious freedom, Leucadia offers an array of eclectic stores, mostly mom and pop type shops with little to no commercial stores. We don't even have a Starbucks in town if you can believe that. Leucadia has not changed much since the 1960's and the locals are very proud of their town. It is a great place to walk around and enjoy the restaurants, bars and shops, not to mention, the beaches.
