This studio condo is in the beautiful Grand Sandestin building located in the Village of Baytowne Wharf. The 4th floor location gives you a wonderful view of the bay, and the balcony is a great place for that morning coffee. It has a queen bed, queen sleeper sofa, kitchenette, and nicely decorated living area with TV. You even have a washer & dryer if you need it on the first floor of the building -- next to the exercise room.
We provide 2 beach chairs and umbrella for your use at the beach. The condo has free Internet access, as well as a TV and DVD for your enjoyment. Plus the pool is beautiful.
IT IS A GREAT CONDO IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A CONFERENCE AT THE CONFERENCE CENTER. The Grand Sandestin building is attached to the conference center, and this condo offers you a beautiful setting at a substantially discounted price over the Sandestin rentals. Enjoy your conference and save money!!
Destin restaurants include authentic New Orleans restaurants, fresh seafood, Southern barbeque, fresh bakeries & coffee shops, ice cream parlors and more. Relax and enjoy live blues music at the Funky Blues Shack, or visit one of our popular Destin lakeside grills, like Hammerheads Bar and Grille. For even more convenience, order takeout from one of the Destin restaurants offering delivery service.
ENJOY SHOPPING? There are more than 30 unique shops to explore and spend the day finding unexpected keepsakes. Or shop the outlet stores at the Silver Sands.
Prices quoted are for 2013. In addition to the nightly rate, there is a $65 one-time cleaning fee, plus 12% Florida tax. A deposit and/or damage insurance is also required. TWO NIGHT MINIMUM.
HURRICANE OR STORM POLICY: No refunds will be given unless: 1) The National Weather Service order mandatory evacuations in a “Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning area” and/or 2) A “mandatory evacuation order has been given for the Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning” area of residence of a vacationing guest. THE DAY THAT THE NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE ORDERS A MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER in a “Tropical Storm / Hurricane Warning,” area, we will refund: 1) Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered; 2) Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten their stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and 3) Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the “Hurricane Warning” period.

After a very stressful tax season, (my husband and I are accountants!) we were looking forward to some well deserved R&R. Our experience surpassed our expectations! The studio was perfect for the two of us. We brought our snacks and light meals and had plenty of room in the fridge. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony every morning and then a nice workout in the gym before starting our day. Some of our favorites??...No telephone, 5 miles of bike trails, tasty green apples in lobby to power up after our workouts, superb live music daily, beautiful views and everything that the village has to offer within a couple of minutes walk away. We biked to the beach one day and down the road to shop at a second hand store the next. We will absolutely return!! This was a "do-over" destination! Thank you Nancy for all of your assistance, it was a delight to work with you!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Our stay was very good, We liked the location since our conference was next door. Because of all the meetings I had to attend our time in your condo was very limited and therefore we were not able to relax and fully enjoy its benefits.Everything was exactly as described and we would recommend it to a friend. The Ocean Club was nice but a little pricey. We did visit the outlet center for some shopping when we had an afternoon off.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children.

This studio condo is perfect for a family with small children. My husband, daughter and I stayed here and had a wonderful time. Walking distance to shops and restaurants, unit overlooks an amazing pool, and the beach access is very easy to get to and a wonderful perk. The owner was a delight to work with. You will not be disappointed if you book here!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, families with young children.

We loved our stay here. It was great for me, my sister and our mom. We loved the atmosphere of the Grand Sandestin, and it was so convenient to walk to the shops at Baytown Wharf. It is decorated cute and has a great view of the beautiful pool. I would definitely stay here again.Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

We stayed in this condo for two nights and really enjoyed it. The location was just as it was described and all of the ammenities were accurate. The only suggestion I would have is a softer mattress but that is just my opinion. We look forward to renting this condo again in the future!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, girls getaway.

Where to start? I was SOO impressed with my family stay! Fast communication, Clean room, AMAZING facility. Walking distance to all the luxuries located in the community. It was our first trip to Sandestin! We will only be visiting this beach in the future! We look forward to our next trip with this unit!
