MARAVILLA CONDOMINIUMS is the most popular family oriented property in Destin Florida. We own two condos in Maravilla, third floor #2301 (VRBO Listing #850) and ground floor #2106, both in the front building, #2, facing the Gulf of Mexico. Maravilla has only 4 floors, is a 33 acre resort, and has the largest, unobstructed beach on Miramar . MARAVILLA RESORT is a gated community with two pools, hot tub, tennis court, basketball, shuffleboard, fitness room, clubhouse, beach volleyball and a 2.5 acre beach. We are centrally located to all local activities and restaurants. We also have an onsite property manager and a wonderful beach attendant.
Maravilla 2106 is just close enough to the ocean side pool for you to enjoy its proximity and not the noise. You have a beautiful patio with bistro table and two comfortable chaise lounge chairs, you can relax listen to the surf, read a book and watch the kids play. Yet, you are steps to the sandy beach and pool. We also provide a bucket of beach toys and two chairs/umbrella set up and waiting for you each morning of your visit (seasonal/March-October). There is a porte-cochere for loading and unloading and a parking space right at your door, no need for elevators.
You are within walking distance of the popular beachside restaurant Pompano Joes and Kenny D's. There is a walking/biking path that runs for miles alongside Scenic Gulf Drive and the Beach.

WE bought our first vacation property in 1988, having always loved the absolute beauty and friendly atmosphere of Destin . Having to leave Destin, to return home, became more and more of a challenge, in 2000 we built a home in Regatta Bay and moved here. In 2009 we moved closer to our condos to better service them ,now residing at Avalon Beach Estates

SHERRY AND JIM MCDANIEL ---- and our schnauzer Pepper #2. We are the founders of Pet Friendly in Destin, Florida. We bought our first rental property in 1992 after meeting a lady on the street while walking our pet. She began to cry when she saw our Pepper #1. She began to tell us: she missed her pet so bad that she was going to go home. We went condo shopping the next day. Bought a condo, joined VRBO 1997, developed Destin Pet Friendly Rentals: The rest is history.

We are so glad we chose to stay with you for our daughters first visit to the beach. It was SOOO Beautiful and you just can't believe how soft and white the sand is and amazingly clear and blue the ocean is until you see and feel it for your self!! THANK YOU!!! Save us a spot for next year!

We had a good time at this facility. The parents "sacrificed" and slept on the sleeper sofa which was good-sized and about as comfortable as those things get. Our son and daughter-in-law had the master bedroom and bath, and our younger son and our granddog dachshund enjoyed the other bedroom. Jim and Sherry had the facility stocked with books, DVDs, playing cards and various other items to make our stay enjoyable. The kitchen was well-furnished with appliances, dishes and silverware, the bathrooms were well-stocked with towels and the washer, dryer and dishwasher were very handy. Access to the beach was good and the room was close enough to utilize the restroom and return back to the beach. The price was a good value for a good place for beach-lovers to enjoy a week on the beach.

Me and my wife have rented this condo for the past two years and have been very pleased. The condo has a great view of the ocean and the pool and grills are located just off the patio area.

The condo location is perfect for a relaxing vacation in Destin. Jim and Sherry were easy to work with and very helpful. The condo is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was so nice to bring my babies (puppies) along on vacation. They loved the long walks along the Boardwalk, especially saying hello to all of the other pups enjoying a walk. I would recommend this property to anyone interested in visiting Destin.
