Do you want a great beach? Do you want a great resort property? Well, then you want Emerald Isle. It’s located right on the best beach in the world: Panama City Beach.
And you get to see it from your own private balcony. What a spot! Emerald Isle is a unique luxury condominium in Panama City Beach. It’s full of great amenities.
Like:
• 300’ of white sand beaches
• Two fabulous large pools (one indoor/outdoor and one indoor)
• A beautiful pool pavilion
• Barbecue grills
• Two beachfront hot tubs
• Pool side sauna
• State of the art fitness center overlooking the beach
When you’re “beached out” (like that’ll happen), there’s lots of other fun located right around this resort. In fact there’s a new shopping experience that’s pretty close that I want to tell you about. Pier Park is really something pretty spectacular. It’s a million plus square food shopping area (like a mall at the beach) it’s got a ton of stuff. There’s a Dillard's, Target, Penny’s, Ron Jon (my second home); there’s a 16 screen movieplex.
All kinds of restaurants. Panera Bread for a quick bite, Longhorn Steakhouse & Outback. And get this: there’s a Jimmy Buffet Margaritaville, you know, it’s 5 o’clock somewhere.
And, if you want a Café American Double Shot Vente it’s got a Starbucks. Can you imagine? Starbucks in flip flops. Oh, and during the summer there’s going to be free concerts for the whole family. How cool is that?!?
If you’re coming down for a kid sports tournament, you’re pretty close to the Robert Brown Park, where they host a lot of them. Here’s the scoop on the condo.
Man this place is something else! Check out the photographs of the décor. It’s contemporary upscale nautical. It really makes the most of the room in every room. There’s plenty of space for all your beach stuff, but that’s not why you’ll pick this condo. It’s got great views. Plain and simple.
The LIVING ROOM sofa is big and comfortable. The entertainment center, which has a big TV, looks like a 35”. And it’s got a bunch of cable channels. I checked.
Free HBO, don’t forget. The DVD player lets you play movies when you’re beached out. Or, surf the net with the high speed connection. But, I gotta tell you, the views are gonna make all that pretty tough.
You’re eyes will wonder to the beach every time. You’ll like the balcony, too. It’s really comfortable. And the views, The views.
Check out the MASTER BEDROOM. Huge king size bed with a with a beautiful Caribbean carved headboard. Look at the wall colors. What a great space. And the bed’s really comfortable.
I laid down on it to see how it felt. Almost went to sleep. Really makes a statement. It’s really spacious. There’s another pretty big TV, same cable package. The Master Bath has a full glass walk in shower and a really large tub to soak the day away, if you’re done on the beach.
The SECOND BEDROOM is great for kids or another couple!
The KITCHEN’s a beauty with granite counter tops. It’s open and has everything that you need so no matter whether you’re cooking your specialty or just fixing grilled cheese sandwiches you’ve got everything you need to please the family. There’s a big kitchen bar with four bar chairs so you can grab a quick bit before you hit the beach.
The DINING AREA has a big table, really comfortable so everyone’s got a seat at the table. No kid’s table here.
The LAUNDRY area’s located to make keeping everyone in clean clothes a breeze.
These bedrooms and the pull out sleeper sofa in the living room making sleeping room for 6 with 2 complete full baths.
Hey, this condo is a big beautiful place at the beach. And it’s priced right too. You can’t go wrong at Emerald Isle. It’s got everything you want in a beach condo and it’s going to book up quick for the summer.

We come every year for the festival, this year we recieved a call, the condo was ready for early check-in. When we got to the condo it was beautifully decorated and the pictures don't do justice for the feel of the condo. If we knew early check-in meant bottom sheets on the beds we not fresh and clean, and the dishes and glasses were not washed or at least free from greasy fingerprints we could have waited for it to be really ready for us. The views from the balcony were breath taking. Next year will thoroughly inspect before going to enjoy the festival.
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.
