The apartment is located Rue de Turenne in in the great area of “LE MARAIS”, central and easy access to most major attractions. We guarantee even some of our guests will be amazed at all the specialty shops and boutiques in area! Great chocolate stores, bakeries, fresh fruit and vegetable markets, flower stalls and all you would need for a home cooked meal like butchers, cheese shops, etc and of course plenty of great Cafes and Restos to boot!
In the center of three Metro lines Stations to choose from, Republique, Temple, and Filles du Calvaire, (lines 3, 5, 8, 9 and 11) you can be whisked to any place in Paris very quickly. Also "Velib" station (bicycle rentals) are 1 minute walking from the apartment.
A very charming, nice and comfortable flat, with 45 sq meters (approx. 450 sq ft) of space between the bedroom, living room and open kitchen, and bathroom with is extra large shower, we also provide hair dryer and hair iron.
The bedroom has a double size bed with all cupboards you need and the living room features a very comfortable double sized convertible-bed.
This is a very quiet flat with three large windows that are facing out to a quiet courtyard.
You will definitively appreciate the AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM after a warm day walking in the Parisian streets.
If rest, you'll enjoy high speed internet wireless or with cable at choice, large TV screen with internationals channels.
The nice kitchen is equipped with most all you need amenities a two burner stove top, a microwave oven, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, a kettle, an under-counter refrigerator... and enough plates & cutlery for 4 people. There is a high kitchen counter with 4 high bar type stools. There is even a generous amount of built-in closet space as well.
On arrival you will find in the apartment one bottle of french wine and one bottle of mineral water for your pleasure.

Hello, I am Stephane, the owner of the apartment you are viewing. I used to live in this apartment that has been completely renovated a few years ago when I bought it. I didn't know that some years later I would rent it. So everything had been done for my own utilisation and with nice materials: wood floor, beams, stoned walls, very huge shower...I hope you will have a short stay as pleasant as my long stay in it.

Extracted from my paper guest book. Everything was great in this charming apartment in this wonderful neighborhood. Belgian beer lovers should definitely check out au trappiste by the chatelet metro station, Sacre Coeur was a little touristy but the neighborhood around was really cool. Pinacotheque is a cool little museum, even though they're not on the museum pass, and the boulangerie around the corner (on the cross street) is really good and reasonable. You need to get there early, though... Place des vosges is worth taking a walk down rue de Bretagne, really great park, nice stores and great places to eat. if the one we left is gone, you'd be wise to get the laminated "streetwise Paris" map.
