A beautiful heated community pool and clubhouse will provide just the right relaxation or entertainment for kids. In the fall and winter months enjoy an outdoor hot tub, and an oversized fire-pit that provides a great place for friends to gather. The clubhouse area also features a built-in outdoor stone fireplace and dining tables. The modern and tranquil home is situated on a wooded lot, featuring two floors with a large indoor and outdoor entertaining area. The dramatic 16 foot tall ceilings, screened in porch, wrap around deck, stone fireplace and modern amenities will make you forget all your worries.
The full gourmet kitchen features new stainless appliances, granite counter tops, and amenities sure to please. The lower level great room features a 55” LED TV with digital cable and Blu-ray player, wood burning fireplace, dining area that seats 8. The living area enters out to screened-in porch with a 5 person hot tub, and a large deck with a gas grill and seating area. Two guest bedrooms on the main floor feature queen beds with hardwood floors, ample room for luggage or a playpen, iHome alarm clocks and generous closet space. Both rooms provide access to a large modern bathroom with ceramic tile floors and tub, linen closet and vanity. The top floor opens onto a serene porch perfect for morning coffee or tea. The master bedroom features a luxurious Sleep Number queen bed, 40”LED TV, digital cable and Blu-ray player, sitting area, and en-suite bath with double sinks and granite counters. A guest bedroom is located upstairs with a queen bed, iHome iPod and ample closet space room for all your needs.
Our home is located a short 1 mile to downtown New Buffalo with one of a kind restaurants and shops to enjoy. The public New Buffalo beach is less than 1.5 miles, with ample parking for a small daily fee. If a day at the beach is not what you are looking for, golfing, boating, mini-golf, wineries, outlet shopping, and multiple casinos are all a short drive. Explore the Harbor Country antique stores and quaint restaurants along leisurely country drives.

With in an hour and one half from Chicago this proved to be a wonderful week away for our family. We went wiith our children and two grandchildren and enjoyed this home, the location and especially the ability to use the community pool. The trip was enjoyed by everyone and the cul de sac was perfect for the children to play. The house was immaculate , the kitchen was perfect for our needs and the ability to eat in the enclosed porch an extra bonus for us. It was decorated very nicely and the rooms and bathrooms were Perfect for us. It is a quick drive to New Bufallo and we ate at several very nice and causal restaurants there, and also went to the beach. The management company and especially Ron were very helpful. Arrangements were quickly and effiantly made and he helped us find a perfect crib for our 7 month old at Little Priness in Town. Everything was as promised, we were pleased and would love to be able to return Very fair price,very helpful and all around great experience. would highly recommend to any family looking for a pleasant way to spend time together. The neighborhood is quiet, with lovely homes and great for walks with the children.

Great Rental! My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this home. Very clean and well maintained property. Had fun going into the Downtown area to shop and eat. We would rent again.

This was a clean, well maintained property located in a nice area on a cul-de-sac. Not far from the beautiful beach and wonderful downtown shops. The property manager was very professional and helpful as we arranged our vacation. We would go back again.

We were the very first renters of the Harbor Haven home...and wow, we had an amazing time. We had my husband and our three girls (7, 2 and 9 months) in the home and there was more than enough space for everyone. The owners had more appliances in the kitchen than I have in my own home...they make you feel right at home! We thoroughly enjoyed the seclusion of this house...settled back in the trees, you feel like you are truly in our own little escape. You will be a few short miles from the beaches, but they are very easily accessible. We spent time at New Buffalo Beach, St. Joe and Warren Dunes. Ths is an amazing spot for all..we can't wait to go back. Property was SPOTLESS and I would highly recommend it to anyone! Thanks for providing us with an amazing rental.
