Welcome to our "Cool River" condo at Waterwheel Resort Condominiums!
This property is riverfront on the Guadalupe River with river access!
Our first floor condo features two bedrooms and two bathrooms, comfortable living and dining space, bar and complete kitchen area. Large floor to ceiling windows in living area provide a stunning open view of the large pecan grove lawn below. Cool, soft leather couches welcome you to enjoy the living room. The master bedroom is furnished with large king bed, all cotton linens and has its own private bath with plush towels. The guest bedroom is furnished with comfortable queen bed also with all cotton luxury linens and has a door to a shared guest bath. A nice size walk-in shower and plush towels complete this guest bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with excellent cookware for those family get-togethers. There is seated dining for 6 available at the dining table. In the living area, a large 42" LCD HD TV provides for a great way to watch sports or catch up on a movie. There is a second LCD HD TV in the master bedroom.
The lanai outside is furnished with seated dining for four and looks out onto the lawn towards the "riverside" pool and Guadalupe River. There are two HEATED pools on the property and four spas, one is an adult only spa with adjoining waterfall. BBQ grills are ready for you to bring the charcoal and enjoy the shade of the large Pecan trees.
Whether your plans include a night out in Gruene, a splash at Schlitterbahn Water Park, or a cool float down the river, we wish to share our beautiful condo with you and help to create a wonderful vacation in the Texas Hill Country!

We chose New Braunfels because of its interesting history, fun local events and great location on the river. Gruene is a short drive down the road for more shopping, restaurants, a local winery and live entertainment. Waterwheel resort is river front and has easy river access to float the Guadalupe and is near Schlitterbahn Water Park.

Upon arrival we were thrilled with the convenient location and beautiful grounds! The condo was immaculate and nicely decorated. The kitchen was filled with everything we needed and then some and the beds were very comfy! Our vacation was perfect because of your wonderful condo. We plan to come back next year (hopefully the Guadalupe river will be a little higher). Again, thank you for the great experience!
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers, families with young children.

This place is absolutely wonderful! We had the funniest weekend here. The pool & hot tubs were so relaxing and the condo was very comfortable. Felt like home but better.

We just arrived, but what a beautiful place. There are 2 ducks w/ 3 babies on the back lawn, we saw them today at about 11 AM and again at dusk. We took our toobs down the street and put in at the city park. We were in the back yard 2 hours later! We enjoyed the pool every night while we BBQ dinner.
