The two story colonial house with roof top deck overlooking the ocean is now available for short term rentals. This home has an interior patio, two terraces, two and a half bathrooms, two bedrooms and a mezzanine for a third room or office space. The house gets a beautiful interior light through the brand new skylight installed not long ago. The house is freshly painted and clean. Located near the historic fort San Cristobal, in a quiet residential part of Old San Juan.
The house is not recommended for families with children, since it has spiral stair cases connecting the different levels of the house. If you are planning to stay with children under 12 years please inform us.
