I recently spent almost four weeks in this beautiful home in Old San Juan with my family, The home is ideal for couples, singles or families with older kids. It has three amazing patios and the view from the rooftop is breathtaking! The house is in a perfect location because it is centrally located to many of the historic sites of Old San Juan, great shopping and fantastic restaurants. We were able to walk to all of these things. I highly recommend this home to anyone who wants to create a truly memorable experience in Puerto Rico!

We stayed in the 2 bedroom place on Calle San Francisco. The overall experience was awesome. We got there on time & Sady(one of the assistants) was waiting for us with the keys. The apt was exactly like mentioned in the pictures. It was right next to the Governor's mansion which made us feel extra special & also very safe. There are very good restaurants & bars within a 2-3min walking distance from the house. The fort is a 5 min walk away. Our son had a blast feeding the piegons, he did freak out seeing so many cats :) Annett was really helpful & would answer all my questions patiently. She even suggested places to go to & such. We met our tour guide(now a good friend) Raul because of Annett's restaurant recommendation(El Punto on Fortaleza). I would really recommend using him to see PR, he is a fun guy to hang out with. To make a long story short..my wife, son & I had a great time in PR. Annett is very helpful & professional.

I can't say enough good things about our recent stay in Old San Juan. Renting the house, meeting our neighbors (who invited us to hear their Salsa band -- a great night!), eating in the local restaurants that you had recommended, and walking the beautiful city made for a memorable trip. We could have stayed for a month. My wife and I had visited San Juan 20 years ago on a cruise and always wanted to come back -- it won't be another 20 years before we return. We absolutely fell in love with the city and the warmth of the people that we met. And thank you again for your service. You and Wanda were always available to help and the house was a great experience.

My wife and I, and out 2 grown children, stayed here in Aug '09. This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of everything. Renting a house is the only way to go -- meeting our salsa band neighbors (and going to hear them), grocery shopping in the neighborhood stores, and eating in the local restaurants made for a memorable vacation. Annett and her staff are great to work with and we just can't say enough good things about this experience. And, the warmth and hospitality of the people of Puerto Rico is something that you'll not soon forget. Tarpon fishing, beautiful beaches (including the municipal ones that are sheltered by breakwaters near the fort), snorkeling (it pays to drive out to the east coast for the catamaran day-trip), and the rain forest are enough to keep you busy when you’re not exploring the unique shops. Best bet is to start your trip at the Tourist Center (near the piers) – they’re a great help. We can't wait to go back!
