Why the Owner Chose Other North Myrtle Beach Properties
Aberdeen Country Club has a very nice golf course, #1. #2, I really loved the low density population in Aberdeen Country Club. There is only one street with condos on either side of the street. There are not rows and rows of condos or houses for that matter in this community. It is a very quiet and a very neat community. We are away from the rowdiness found in Myrtle Beach.
Very relaxing!!!
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The view from our condo is absolutely beautiful. It is on the golf course and huge lake. The sun sets on the other side of the lake and provides us with breath taking views at happy hour. Just before sunset the lake glitters like diamonds. And as the sun goes down you get the benefit of multiple colors from the sky reflecting on the lake. You can't put a price on what mother nature gives you for free provided you're in the right location!!!

My wife and I are retired. I am an avid golfer. (played 75 rounds of golf in 2010).
We come to Myrtle Beach about 20 times a year from our North Carolina home. We also have a beach condo on Shore Drive (click on view our other properties link). We also have a condo at Jefferson Landing Country Club in Jefferson, NC in the Blue Ridge mountain and located on the New River. We visit our properties regularly and do our own maintenance on a regular basis. Our properties are always kept up nicely.

We are a family of 4 on holiday from Edinburgh, Scotland, UK and stayed in this condo for two weeks. This was our first trip here in SC, USA, we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation. The condo was spacious for our family, it was extremely comfortable. The views from the balcony were beautiful, overlooking the lakes and the Aberdeen golf course. The condo is clean and well maintained. The necessary amenities were nearby and present. We enjoyed our daily swimming in the pool, which was located right next to our condo. It was quiet and the temperature of the pool was perfect. The only small downside to this was that we had to clean the bugs that dropped into the pool. There was also a tennis court within the condo complex (the net on the court was lower than the standard height), we played tennis almost every day. The owners of the condo, Brian and Candice, were extremely helpful, provided us with useful local information, which made our preparation and our stay straightforward and very pleasant. The location of the condo is very handy for golf courses, we played 8 different golf courses, all within 20~30 mins drive. All in all, we enjoyed our stay in this condo, would recommend it to our friends at home.
Recommended for:Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

The condo was immaculate. We really enjoyed the pool being right next door. Our granddaughters enjoyed the two large mirrored walls in the living area. They had their private "dance studio" there. It was a great place to stay - very quiet. We were usually the only ones at the pool. The screened in porch on the back was a nice addition and also came in handy as a play area for the girls. Thanks.

We are just finishing our stay here. It is absolutely beautiful in this neighborhood! The condo is spotless and all conveniences were there. Only about 5 miles to the beach... very quiet and serene, great balcony, right next to pool, HIGHLY RECOMMEND ;-)
