We got to the beautiful Southeastern Coast of North Carolina as soon as we could and fell in love with the quaint family oriented, bedroom community within Kure Beach NC. The sunrises and moon rises are spectacular. The water temperature is warm and inviting and the sand is soft and "fluffy." (Compared to the flat/hard packed sand found on other beaches.)
