Living Water Organic Vineyard Carriage House is located overlooking our vineyard, neighbors' orchards & amazing views of both Wood & Kalamalka Lakes. Kelowna & Vernon are easily accessed within 25 min., with the Kelowna airport within 20 min. Wineries, beaches,parks,boat rentals, boat launches and new Oyama Zipline are all very close by. If your vacation is during the winter months, we are located approx 1 hour from Silver Star Mountain & a little further for Big White, about 1 1/2 hrs. Come & do your vacation enjoying wine touring, painting,boating,fishing, biking, etc from our little oasis in Lake Country (Oyama). Walk amongst the vines, ask your questions regarding an organic vineyard! A complimentary bottle of local wine upon your arrival, to be enjoyed on your private deck overlooking all the amazing scenery about you! nb. We had our first harvest and grape stomp November 2010! Join us next time!

We highly recommend the Living Waters Carriage House. This was our second stay and we will definitely stay again the next time we are in the Kelowna area. The carriage house is beautiful and well-stocked with kitchen appliances, dishes etc. The view from the deck is wonderful. Roxana and Bruce are superb hosts. Spent the weekend in Kelowna at a soccer tournament and it was wonderful to come "home" to the carriage house; relax on the deck with a glass of local wine! A perfect spot!Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

About the owner: My husband, Bruce & I purchased this fabulously situated 6 acre property in 2007, then planted a vineyard & built the carriage house suite in 2008. A busy few years, & we opened our doors for people travelling through the Okanagan wine region. Our home, the vineyard and our Living Water Organic Vineyard Carriage Suite are overlooking both Wood & Kalamalka Lakes. The view is spectacular and we had our first harvest in November 2010, even including a stomp of some of the grapes accompanied by our Italian neighbour playing his organetto! So much fun! Join us next Autumn for the picking and grape stomp and once the wine is made a bottle is your's!!!
