  Description and photos don't do this house justice. Beautifully eclectic, clean and comfortable for us and the other family with whom we travelled. Very impressed with the cleanliness and Amy was very helpful to us at arrival and in finding local fantastic food (our kids loved Mosca's!). What a great location on Sunrise Beach - far enough away from the Marina that we had great quiet time on the lake for good portions of the days. We considered the cove near Sunrise Beach "our area" and actually stayed close to this are as the kids learned to wakeboard. There is a store in sunrise beach with a great variety of items (food, bait, plumbing supplies - seems like you could name what you needed and they'd have it), and there is also Kingsland a short drive away. Thanks for making our visit so easy - - such an easy getaway for our two families and there was no stress whatsoever involved in our last minute rental of this home. Kids and parents alike thoroughly enjoyed the stay and loved playing poker around your huge dining room table! Only wish we could have stayed longer.

  My family of four and another family of four stayed here and it was just as advertised. The grounds are neat and well maintained and the house was clean and comfortable. The large lot allowed for outdoor activities (football, frisbee) while not in the water. Very short walk to water when we wanted to take the boat out. Cooked-out and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The deer were everywhere and a joy to watch. We have stayed in other places on LBJ but this one is the best so far. We will be back.....

  What a great get place to relax and get away from it all! Quiet and peaceful. The lake house is only a short walk to the lake and remember to take a camera to get some great pictures of your family, the deer and the lake. Another plus was we were able to bring our 8 year old Pointer. Of special note is the decor in the house. The owner has taken her full time job talents as a motion picture designer and decorated the lake house to the max. My wife spent hours looking at all the little touches done/added to upgrading the house. There's ample room not only inside the house but also outside. You'll find only one other lake house nearby, which affords pleanty of space between you and your neighbors. The neighborhood is a great place to do morning walks/runs due to level land and great scenery. Sunrise Beach is about 15 minute drive to Kingsland and the HEB grocery store, gas, fast food etc. Stay away from the local grocery store; outrageously high prices. There is, however, a great sandwich/pizza place just across the street from this grocery. So if you are tired of staying in condos with noisey neighbors on all sides or staying in small hotel rooms, come stay here in Sunrise Beach.
