We have been vacationing at Cape Cod all our lives and always dreamed of owning a vacation property in Cape Cod. Brewster, Cape Cod and Ocean Edge is the perfect location to satisfy the desires of our entire family for a wonderful vacation. The beaches in Brewster are spectacular and are only 5 minutes away from our condo. The resort offers endless amenities such as outdoor pools, indoor pools, fitness, Jacuzzis, bike trails, and onsite restaurants and bars.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The most beautiful Cape Cod beaches are only 5 minutes from the condo. Brewster's bay-side beaches are warmer than most of the Cape Cod beaches. The beaches recede out over a mile at low tide offering a wonderful view of sandbars, clam beds, and tidal pools. We love to be at the ocean exploring at low tide. Brewster is also very close to the Cape Cod National Sea Shore where there is sunning, swimming, surfing and free ranger-led educational programs.

A Wonderful Place to Stay in the Ocean Edge Resort in Brewster on Cape Cod

This condo was perfect for our stay in July of 2010 and Ocean Edge Resort was really lovely. I went down with two boys for a week and my sister and her son joined me for some of that time. The place is even nicer than the photos suggest. The master bedroom was a nice retreat and the second bedroom with two sets of bunks fit my needs for the week perfectly. The living/dining room was comfortable and cozy and the balcony overlooks the golf course. The kitchen was extremely well stocked with anything you might need to cook and had plenty of plates, glasses and flatware. Laurie was extremely helpful as I prepared for our first vacation on the Cape and reassuring about the suitability of their vacation home for my son who has asthma and many allergies (he had no problems at all during our week there). We can't wait to go back and explore the area more but during our stay this year, we really enjoyed visiting the Brewster beaches and Nauset beach. The Brewster Whitecaps game, visits to the Brewster General store and Harbor Mini Golf were all fun for the boys. There's a great bookstore near the Resort. If you have a chance, go to a Hyannis Sound concert - there are an all male, college age, a cappella group. We also enjoyed the pools at the resort nearly every day. Finally, I cannot say enough about how friendly the staff members at Ocean Edge Resort are. Everyone we encountered was friendly, helpful and kind. You'll have a great time here!

We stayed at this condo the week of July 4th with our 3 daughters, ages 4-9-10, and loved every minute of it. The condo itself was very clean, very comfortable, and our kids loved having their own bedroom with a TV after our long fun-filled days at the beach and pool. Being able to grill out in the "backyard" while the kids played was very relaxing. The full kitchen was great because we could grab a quick bite and spend our vacation doing the many fun activities instead of waiting at restaurants. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The resort property itself was very well kept, and all the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was central to all of Cape Cod, enabling us to easily explore different areas, since this was our first time. The beaches were beautiful, and the water was great for kids. We loved being able to get right on the bike path at the resort, and the kids loved being able to ride their bikes to get ice cream. The owners were quickly responsive to our questions. We are planning a trip back next summer with friends. We would highly recommend renting this condo!!

I rented this condo in mid-May 2009 and it was everything that I had anticipated that it would be and more. I will definitely be renting this unit again. It was clean and had all of the amenities that one could need while on vacation. There was so much to see and do while staying at this condo. The Cape Cod Rail Trail runs right by Ocean's Edge. The rail trail is a 28 mile bicycle trail that runs from South Dennis to Wellfleet. It meanders through cranberry bogs, forest and marshland. Anyone who likes to ride a bike and enjoys being outdoors will definitely enjoy riding this trail. This condo will appeal to a single person, couples and people with children. There is just so much to see and do (swimming, tennis, basketball, riding bikes, bird watching, golfing, going to the ocean, etc). I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the various birds. We saw so many different species of birds while at this condo. Although I am not a golfer, the golf course is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I overheard several golfers saying that this was one of the best courses they had been on. The condo was decorated tastefully. It felt like home. It was hard to leave. There are so many things to see and do in and around Brewster. Provincetown is a short drive away. The beaches are spectacular. I found several pieces of sea glass while walking the beach. After a busy day out and about, it felt nice coming back to the condo. It felt like home.
