This 2nd floor Ocean Edge Resort condo is comfortable, clean and family-friendly featuring 2 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The Master bedroom has a Queen bed. The second bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds and 1 trundle bed. The living room has a single pull-out sofa. The unit boasts bright and airy cathedral ceilings and Air Conditioning. The furnished outdoor balcony has a magnificent open view of the newly designed Ocean Edge Jack Nicklaus golf course.

Guests receive full access to Ocean Edge Resort's 2 indoor pools, 4 outdoor pools, saunas, Jacuzzis, basketball courts, volleyball courts, 11 tennis courts, 2 fitness centers and 4 restaurants. Pool passes may be picked up when you arrive.

Brewster is world famous for its pristine beaches, fine restaurants, art galleries, antique shops and parks, all of which are only a short distance from our unit. Many of the most beautiful bay-side beaches are only a 5 minute drive. Brewster offers over 48 freshwater ponds and 7 bay-side beaches that recede out over a mile at low tide offering a wonderful view of sandbars, clam beds, and tidal pools teeming with sea life. These Brewster beaches offer unsurpassed peaceful solitude, shorebirds, enchanting wildlife and spectacular sunsets.

Walk, run, bike or rollerblade directly from Ocean edge to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. The trail follows 25 miles through forests, freshwater ponds, cranberry bogs, natural meadows, salt marshes, and quaint historic villages.

Golfers can tee off nearby at Captains Golf course, Cape Cod’s premier public golf course facility, using one of two complete pro-caliber courses or the full length driving range with over 40 grass tee stations.

The Brewster Whitecaps home playing field is minutes away on Underpass Road.

  • We stayed at this condo the week of July 4th with our 3 daughters, ages 4-9-10, and loved every minute of it. The condo itself was very clean, very comfortable, and our kids loved having their own bedroom with a TV after our long fun-filled days at the beach and pool. Being able to grill out in the "backyard" while the kids played was very relaxing. The full kitchen was great because we could grab a quick bite and spend our vacation doing the many fun activities instead of waiting at restaurants. The neighbors in the complex were friendly. The resort property itself was very well kept, and all the employees were extremely friendly and helpful. The location was central to all of Cape Cod, enabling us to easily explore different areas, since this was our first time. The beaches were beautiful, and the water was great for kids. We loved being able to get right on the bike path at the resort, and the kids loved being able to ride their bikes to get ice cream. The owners were quickly responsive to our questions. We are planning a trip back next summer with friends. We would highly recommend renting this condo!!

  • I rented this condo in mid-May 2009 and it was everything that I had anticipated that it would be and more. I will definitely be renting this unit again. It was clean and had all of the amenities that one could need while on vacation. There was so much to see and do while staying at this condo. The Cape Cod Rail Trail runs right by Ocean's Edge. The rail trail is a 28 mile bicycle trail that runs from South Dennis to Wellfleet. It meanders through cranberry bogs, forest and marshland. Anyone who likes to ride a bike and enjoys being outdoors will definitely enjoy riding this trail. This condo will appeal to a single person, couples and people with children. There is just so much to see and do (swimming, tennis, basketball, riding bikes, bird watching, golfing, going to the ocean, etc). I thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony watching the various birds. We saw so many different species of birds while at this condo. Although I am not a golfer, the golf course is absolutely beautiful and well maintained. I overheard several golfers saying that this was one of the best courses they had been on. The condo was decorated tastefully. It felt like home. It was hard to leave. There are so many things to see and do in and around Brewster. Provincetown is a short drive away. The beaches are spectacular. I found several pieces of sea glass while walking the beach. After a busy day out and about, it felt nice coming back to the condo. It felt like home.
