My Vista is 2007 new - 2 story, 3 bed, 2 bath - 2000 sq ft contemporary home completely furnished (just bring your clothes) on 1/4 acre across the street from the Russian River. The home has 20 foot ceilings and tall windows to enjoy the views as you sit by the fireplace or relax in the 6 person jetted spa on the large deck. Nestled among the giant redwoods enjoy the clear blue skies and starry nights. You can take my canoe down the river in the morning mist. Visit the wineries during the warm days and come home for a quiet evening after a walk to local restaurants for dinner.
GREAT LOCATION You are a short walk over the pedestrian bridge to the town of Guerneville and beach. The Russian River is known for swimming, boating, fishing. A tennis/basketball park and a miniature golf course are across the street. 18 hole golf course a few miles away. The 100 Russian Valley Wineries start a couple miles up the road. Armstrong Woods Giant Redwood Preserve with great hiking trails is a few miles away. Santa Rosa, Sebastopol, Healdsburg are all 20-30 min. Lots of unique little towns all around this area with local art and craftsmanship shops. There are restaurants galore from fine to very casual. Sonoma County fresh herb cooking is famous. The coast is just 16 miles away. Drive the coast to Bodega Bay or Mendocino. Sonoma County events and activities will keep you busy. Napa and Sonoma Counties produce the finest California Wines and the Best Weather. Safeway grocery store, coffee shop, drug store, gift shops, restaurants, entertainment, information center and farmers market all within 1/4 mile in the town of Guerneville.
My home includes washer/dryer/dishwasher/garbage disposal/stainless steel appliances and granite counters, hardwood floors. Completely furnished kitchen has all the small and big appliances needed (blender, mixer, food processor, coffee grinder) with lots of servings dishes and glasses, pot and pans. Enjoy hanging out at the island breakfast bar while you prepare food and entertain together.
I love to cook when I am there and the kitchen has all the equipment and large space needed to cook with family and friends. It’s a great getaway for holidays and family reunions. I decorated so you will feel special and bring home memories.
The main floor living room is open with large L shape couch and comfy chairs great for watching the 42 inch LCD/HD TV or a movie on the DVD. It is quiet and cozy for reading and relaxing in front of the gas fireplace while listening to the stereo.
Dining room table seats 8 and overlooks the deck. The deck is the full length of the home with a 6 person spa, gas grill, patio furniture and views of the giant redwoods, my grapevines and stars at night. There is also a front deck to enjoy sun or shade.
3 bedrooms completely furnished and all linens provided. There are cable TV’s in each bedroom. The 2nd floor master is huge with a king bed, sitting area with TV/DVD, sleeper sofa, table and chairs. The additional bonus sleeping area with a trundle bed is perfect for kids. Full bath with double sinks and dressing area and sky light in a separate shower room. The large play area in the master lets children play and watch TV while the adults enjoy dinner on the main floor. My Vista is great for a 2 family rental with the 2 floors. Or perfect for 3 couples and 2 children.
Mattresses are all new and top of the line with hypoallergenic covers and good quality pillows. Fluffy comforters with duvet covers on all the beds are comfy. I have Graco Pack and Play for you.
Main floor has a full bath off the wide hallway with tub shower combo. 1 bedroom has a queen bed, and a desk/vanity and across the wide hall 1 bedroom has 2 single beds. The laundry room with washer/dryer and supplies.
The 1/4 acre is gated and completely fenced with my grape vineyards (please enjoy the table grapes) and 2 oversize carports. Home is above flood line. You have road access from front and back for someone needing easy in and out. I provide a CANOE for 2 adults and one child, life jackets, beach chairs, beach umbrella, sports equipment, 4 Tennis Rackets, Volleyball Set, Basketball (courts in park across the street). Lots of games, movies and books. Well behaved dogs and cats are welcomed, bowls and portable kennel provided. Graco Pack & Play & High Chair . And Easy Rider Exerciser for working off the great wine. Golf Course 4 miles away.

Why the Owner Chose Guerneville
I live in Orange County and the Russian River is a wonderful escape and change of life style. I love being able to walk to town and restaurants and shoppes. The crisp air and breezes spreads a clean scent of redwood trees to the whole area.
Of course all the wineries are great but so is golf, hiking and boating/swimming in the river. There are so many choices and fun things to do each day.
The California Coast in this are is beautiful. From Bodega Bay to Mendocino has unbelievable views as you drive the coast. Great restaurants overlooking the water in Jenner just 16 miles away.
Some days we just sit on the deck and walk among the grape vines and Just Chill Out

Main beach in Guerneville with swimming and boating and location for annual festivals. From my deck You can hear the Blues and Jazz music from the festivals.
Playground with swings and Jungle Jim for the kids. Tennis Courts and Basketball Court too.

I started out with a friend looking for a B&B. As the story goes she got up early one morning and after listening to all the woes from the owner she said "No Way" "This is as hard as our regular job". We are both nurses. So we thought how about the B (bed) with out the B(breakfast) and that lead me to a vacation home. She eventually bought one too not very far from mine. I never heard of the Russian River except for a chardonnay I always liked. When I was shown around the area I fell in love with the Giant Redwood trees and thought what a great location being close to the wineries of course but also the coast and enjoying the river. When I saw the home I had a picture in my mind of grape vines going up the long drive and Vista Serena seemed like the perfect name to gather family and friends for fun and relaxation. The 10 year old vines were planted in 2007. I am learning about pruning. Table Grapes made sense so we can all enjoy them immediately. I hope you come share my beautiful Vista and make wonderful memories to last a long long time.
