Our property is a ranch style, single family home settled into a quiet neighborhood on the southside of town.
We are within a 15 minute drive to anything in Anchorage: airport, downtown, museums, Alaska Zoo, Chugach State Park, Ship Creek, Alaska Native Heritage Center, Potter Marsh, and more.
In the entirely renovated home you'll find a newer kitchen and appliances, laminate floors, and fresh paint. last summer's project, a newly landscaped back yard, saw the addition of a large deck and hot tub.
The welcoming boutique decor will make you feel at home, while the modern kitchen may inspire you to culinary creating. relaxing in the hot tub after a big day in Alaska will give you time to reflect on all you've seen and done.
Only one mile from our home is a network of trails that are great for running, biking, or just ambling along. Moose, black bear, grizzlies, and even coyotes have been spotted on these trails, with moose even frequenting our front yard.
Both adventurous and relaxing activities abound in and around Anchorage, with our home being centrally located to experience all of it.
The owner is a guide in the adventure travel industry and can make suggestions or help arrange both your adrenaline pursuits, or leisurely activities.

We are a young couple with a son and one on the way. Tiffany is a hairstylist/salon owner, and Jeremy teaches high school in the Anchorage School District. in the summer season Jeremy is employed as a hiking and multisport guide and loves to answer questions and give suggestions on how to best enjoy the great outdoors of Alaska.

we live and work in the one of the greatest destinations on earth, ALASKA. it only made sense to purchase a home here in Anchorage where we are close to everything South-central Alaska has to offer.
The Unique Benefits of this House
Our home is a great base of operations for exploring Anchorage, or the whole State. Because of the hosts' longtime (sourdough) status, we have much insight into what to do, when, where, and how. Also, our guiding experience puts us in touch with adventure outfitters directly so we can help you arrange your personal adventures if you wish. Withing our nearby community there is a great local coffee shop right down the street where you can plan the days adventures, which might include hitting the nearby trails, shopping downtown, or just relaxing in the hammock on the deck.
