This house is a 3 story home that does have a lot of stairs. The master bedroom is located on the top floor, there are 2 bedrooms on the middle floor and 2 bedrooms on the 1st floor. There is a bathroom on every floor plus a half bath off of the kitchen on the middle level of the home. The game room & laundry room are located on the 1st floor.
Sleeps 10 but will allow 12 maximum (bed & bath linens not provided for additional 2 people-there are sofas to sleep on or you can bring your own air mattress)
