This 5 Story Adult & Child friendly house is as good as any Four Seasons you have stayed at. It starts with a fabulous pool surrounded by Palm trees. Pool Side, relax in Lounge Chairs, enjoy a beverage from your full size Beer/Coke Machine, and use our golf cart for convenience to transport items to the beach.
The ground floor features a four stop elevator for all of your groceries and people with bad knees. The Second floor features a king bed bedroom with attached bath, 4 twin bunk bed bedroom, and 2 Double bunk beds with attached bath. Each bedroom has a private balcony and 32" LCD TV with DVD Player. The Third floor has 2 Master Bedrooms with identical layouts but different decor. They each have a king size bed and each bathroom has a thermostatically controlled rain shower and Duravit Bathtub. Private Balconies, a Laundry Room, Steam Shower, and elevator access round out this floor. The Fourth Floor is truly unique. Antique Barnyard Wood Ceiling, Gourmet Kitchen, 15' Sliding Glass Doors (Nana Walls), 104" Movie Screen, Children's Loft, Panoramic views of the ocean and marsh, and 1000 Square Feet of outside decking. The fifth floor has a 6 person hot tub, cherry wood floors, lounge chairs, and 32" LCD TV access. The views are 60' from ground level on the highest residential lot on Isle of Palms.
This home was built for a rock star and you will feel like one after staying here for a few days. ENJOY!!

Why the Owner Chose Isle of Palms
The proximity to Charleston, SC Historic district (15 minutes) is the reason we chose this location. It's the best of both worlds: a cool downtown and a dynamite beach. We strategically built on the Sullivan's Island side of IOP so that we had access to Charleston through the Connector or the Ben Sawyer Bridge. We love are short walks to one of the best beaches in the country (Front Beach is a 30 Second Walk) and the ride from Charlotte is a breeze (3 Hours on only two roads). This house is a 3 Minute golf cart ride to downtown Sullivan's Island (Great Shops and restaurants). There are also two championship golf courses on the island (Wild Dunes). In closing, if you love the city and love the beach, nothing can beat this location.
The Unique Benefits at this House
We enjoy putting our jet ski in the water exactly one block away. The ground floor features a designer swimming pool, Bottle Cooler, Outside Shower, Lounge Chairs, and Golf Cart Access. The second floor has 3 Bedrooms and 2 Full Baths. The first bedroom is a king bed with an attached full bath. The second bedroom features 4 twin bunk beds and 2 large bean bags. The third bedroom is 2 full size beds with one large bean bag. Each room on this floor has a private balcony and 32" LCD TV & DVD player. The third floor has 2 Master Bedrooms that are identical in size and layout but different in design. They are truly special with amazing views. This floor also features a laundry room, steam room, private balconies, a baby crib, and elevator access. The fourth floor is very special. Antique barnyard wood ceilings, 104" movie screen, 50" plasma, 15' Nana Wall Doors, Double Porches, Spiral Stairs, Kid's Loft and TV, Designer Furniture, and a kitchen fit for any chef. The fifth floor has wood floors, lounge chairs, a 6 person hot tub and panoramic views from the highest altitude on the IOP for any private home. By the way, how about visiting the SC Aquarium, Children's Museum, Black Beards' Cove, Jet Skiing, Para Sailing, Wind Surfing, Beach Shops, and Gourmet & Country Restaurants (all 2 Min to 15 Min Tops away)

We rented this house for one full week. Our relatives from Fairfax County Virginia joined us. Six adults occupied the house. We had a most wonderful week! We brought enough groceries to get us through the first night and the next morning. When we needed to grocery shop, we found a number of stores close by and easy to find. There were so many choices for eating out. Every place we went was wonderful! The location of the house is so convenient. The beach was easy access. The golf cart made getting the chairs and umbrellas (which were already provided) to the beach each day without an issue. After the beach each day, we enjoyed the salt water pool. How relaxing! The house itself is very clean, well organized, and stocked with everything we needed. The balconies off all bedrooms and living areas allowed beautiful views of the marshes, the ocean, and the bridges. We watched the sunsets every night from the balconies! We will most definitely stay at this house again soon. We will be able to include more family now that we know how comfortably 13+ adults can sleep. I would strongly suggest you look into staying here as well. We had a great time!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, sightseeing, adventure seekers, girls getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We loved the house! However, it was advertised as having a golf cart to get to the beach which was 2 1/2 blocks from the house. It did have a golf cart, but it didn't work. Also not working were many of the locks to the outside and the outside shower. There was a sewage problem in the driveway and garage. Fortunately the smell was only bad if you were going to the beach or your car.

Our family of 4 with twin 15 yr old boys and our friends with a 15 and a 13 year old boy just returned from a week at this beach house ...This is a very cool house ...this house was everything as advertised and more ...the details meaning wonderful...linen ...the details in this home were even better than we might have anticipated ...we and our kids enjoyed all aspects of this house ...the contacts and process was easy and the requests for a little help on minor elements were acted on effeciently and quickly with a helpful assist from our contact...Whole experience was very very good...
Recommended for:Girls getaway, families with teenagers.
