CLASSIC/TROPICAL describes this 3rd floor corner unit with cathedral ceilings (approximately 1,100 sq. ft.). Newly painted and furnished in March of 2009. An elevator is located in the tropical courtyard. The eat-in kitchen is perfect for those quick meals while the formal dining room makes entertaining a pleasure. The master bedroom has a queen size bed with TV/ DVD player, large walk-in closet, private bath with oversized shower and walkout to the Lanai. The second bedroom has a queen size bed with TV/DVD player, large wall to wall closet and is adjacent to the second bathroom. 14 ft. ceiling make the living room and dining bright and airy, the eight foot sliding door to the lanai brings in all the sun. The newly tiled Lanai is furnished for comfort and overlooks the pool and lakes. Internet, basic cable and local phone are supplied as well as a fully stocked kitchen, bed linens, towels and beach towels.
Cross Creek Golf & Country Club is a private community with one entrance.
The executive 18 hole golf course and golf carts are available for use by the guests. Besides the community pool, sauna and gym, guests can take advantage of the Country Club with an additional pool, sauna, gym, library, restaurant and pro-shop (wireless internet is also available at the club). Tennis or lawn bowling is an option if golf isn't your thing for the day.
The community of Cross Creek is located 10 minutes from the airport and 15 minutes drive to fabulous Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captive Island. Bordering Cross Creek is Six Mile Cypress Preserve. Guided tours are offered or take your time and venture out on your own. An abundance of wildlife can be observed either way. One of the country’s most extensive trail systems is accessible right outside Cross Creek Country Club. If it's shopping or restaurants that you want, you have an overwhelming selection all within 10 minutes drive. Baseball fans can enjoy spring training just 2 miles from our gates.

My husband and I are semi-retired and live in sourhern Ontario, Canada.
Why the Owner Chose Cross Creek
We chose our vacation rental in Fort Myers because of the lovely Gulf beaches. The Cross Creek community is very beautiful and safe and we stay there without concern for our safety. The people there are all very friendly and welcoming.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
We find the location very convenient, Publix, Costco, Wallmart and restautants of all varieties are all very close by. The easy highway access is great for our day trips to Naples, Clearwater and the Atlantic coast.

Highly recomended. The Condo is beauitifully decorated and has all that is needed to make your stay very enjoyable. Cross Creek is lovely and close to shopping and beaches.
