Beautiful 14th floor unit in Windward Pointe Condominium, Orange Beach, Alabama. Three bedrooms, including a master bedroom with King bed, master bath, guest bedroom 1 with a Queen bed, and guest bedroom 2 with two twin beds, guest bedrooms sharing a full bath. The master bedroom has a full sized sliding glass door which opens out onto a large balcony with spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico. The full kitchen has been recently remodeled and has new cabinets, refrigerator, stove, microwave and dishwasher. Laundry room is next to the kitchen with full sized washer and dryer. The den and dining room have comfortable, beachy furniture in cottage style with an entertainment center featuring TV, CD player, and combined DVD/VCR player. The den has a full sized sliding glass door which opens out on to the huge balcony, which has a table and chairs for dining outside and lounge chairs for watching the beach and ocean. Each bedroom has a TV with DVD/VCR player. The bedrooms are carpeted, and all other areas are tiled.
Everything you need for a great vacation is available at Windward Pointe. An oval shaped outdoor pool has a large gazebo next to it with restroom facilities and shade for those who need it, and a children's pool is a few steps away from the adult pool. A boardwalk takes you directly out to the sugar white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. Also located on the premises are a large indoor pool with hot tub, sauna, an exercise room which includes treadmills and weight training machines, and an outdoor tennis court and basketball court. Windward Pointe is conveniently located close to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores, and souvenir shops. You will love your vacation at beautiful Windward Pointe.
