The Unique Benefits at this Apartment

I love the convenience of this location. If I feel like watching a Broadway show it is just down the block. If I want to take a run it is only a 10 minutes walk to Central park. If I want to see a beautiful sunset on the Hudson river it is a couple of blocks away. It is also very easy to get around town as your main subway station is Times Square, a major hub for all subway lines. Above all, I love the fact that most things stays open all night and the local restaurants are amazing!

We made New York our home. We love it and know that you will as well. We are new to VRBO but have a lot of experience with the short term rental business. We made sure that the apartment was comfortable for any type of stay. We even added a laptop with a high-speed connection so you can stay connected! All furnitures and appliances are less than one year old. The location of course is ideal.

    • I am amazed to be the 1st comment maker for this property because it is such a great one. We just returned from staying several nights there and found the rental to be perfect. The location is just a few blocks from Time Square making it easy to walk to restaurants and the theater. It was also an easy walk to Central Park and other attractions as well as close to the subway. So the location could not be beat. Furthermore, the unit was everything that was promised. It was on the 2nd floor which meant only 1 set of stairs to conquer with luggage. Furthermore, the person who arranged the rental, Fred-Alex, was there to help with luggage and to show us the apartment which was clean, well equipped and of a good size. I would highly recomment this rental.
