Pleasant View Place is 2600 sf. with 3 bedrooms each with its own bath (3rd one is a half-bath). The loft contains a queen bed and sitting area for watching TV or relaxing while enjoying the view of The Canal. The roomy living area has windows across the entire front, facing Hood Canal. The convertible queen-sized sofa provides additional bed space. There is also a bonus room accessible from the outside, that can be used for additional sleeping or other activity.
There are two decks -- one across the front of the house, and a second one on the side of the house off the kitchen complete with a built in charcoal BBQ. There's even a fire pit.
The great modern kitchen is furnished with all a chef may need including a microwave oven.
Nearby is a public boat launch built adjacent to Pleasant Harbor Marina which is one mile from the house.
