Our 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath ocean front villa located in Hacienda Pinilla lets you do just that. Bask in the water front tranquilly of the ocean waves and unwind. Just out the back door are the beautiful landscaped grounds which lead the way to the expanse of breathtaking ocean front.
Hacienda Pinilla boasts over 3 miles of incredible beaches. Just outside our doors relax on the beach or in a lounge chair located in the Palapas at the edge of the beach. A landscaped pool is just a short 5 minute walk.
A brand new 5 star JW Marriott with several restaurants and a world class spa is located minutes down the beach or a short drive to the Marriott access road.
Our two story villa has 20 foot vaulted ceilings with expansive glass windows to view the amazing coast line. Glass doors lead to the covered patio and walkway to the beach area and palapas.
The contemporary Colonial architecture and circular stairs invites you in to a relaxing home that will help you unwind or get ready for the next day's adventures.
Each bedroom has large glass windows with heavy ceiling to floor drapery and large closets. The two large master suites boast private baths with garden tubs, separate shower and vanity areas.
The third bedroom has large closets and a dedicated bath with a large walk in shower. All bedrooms have an expansive wall of windows for an fabulous view of the beautiful landscape and ocean.
The grounds of this gated resort offer some incredible animal watching: turtles, howler monkeys and iguanas just to name a few. There are over 4500 acres to ride horses or bikes and look and listen to nature in the natural environment.
The resort is very proud of the fact that it is an Audubon Society reserve.
Inside the gated resort is also tennis, horse stables and a world renowned golf course, all within a few minutes drive. The grounds throughout the resort are meticulously maintained tropical gardens.
Sit by the ocean, watch the waves, collect shells or jump right in and surf on one of Central America's top surfing beaches, Playa Avellana, at the south end of the resort.
