"WOW!" That's what we said when we walked into this beautiful home. It is decorated beautifully. It is spotless! It has everything you need and the location was perfect for the choice of beaches nearby. The beds were so comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked. The pool was so nice to have at the end of the day too. The owner is easy to work with too. We would love to make this an annual stay!

Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. the location was amazing - right off the main highway but you would never know it. Our dining deck looked out on the golf course and a beautiful cornfield - soothing and quiet but a stone's throw from everything. The condo is incredibly spacious - a full bath on every floor really makes a difference! The pool was the perfect place to finish our days especially the kids - they loved it and the outside shower made it so convenient to them all cleaned up before we went into the condo. The beds were so comfortable, the decor was beach and tasteful and the computer access worked great. A definite revisit.

What an incredible vacation! The house was even more beautiful than I anticpated; so bright and cheery and welcoming. Everything you wanted to do was right at your fingertips i.e. golf, beach, pool, shopping, miniature golf. I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful setting. My family enjoyed it so much that we want to come back next year for two weeks. My son who was not a believer of Lewes (we are Ocean City, Bethany people) is actually the one that suggested we spend two weeks next year. We loved your home and really enjoyed speaking with you. You were so helpful and kind. Have a wonderful end of summer.

We have no idea how to start except to say....WOW!! We enjoyed our stay and as for the description of the townhouse....it was accurate but not enough said....so we will. The pictures absolutely do not do it justice. It was immaculate and very clean. Dealing with the owner was part of the wonderful package. He is very friendly and only asks that you respect his beautiful townhouse. We loved the golfing right off our patio. The pool is awesome. Everything is easy to find...we could walk to the store and outlet and what a great surprise to find out there were three parts to the outlet. Minutes driving to the beach. We enjoyed a great meal at "Jakes" ...minutes from townhouse. We only had one day of not so nice weather...but it didn't matter Rehoboth boardwalk had covered rides for the kids....great shops to check out on boardwalk. And...we had a great place to be rained in. I would like to let you know if you are reading this...believe it and look no further. To the owner...we say "thank you" for providing such a reasonable priced rental with every amenity you could want and for being so helpful and sincere. Chautauqua Lake NY

We thoroughly enjoyed our first trip to Lewes. The condo is in a great location to the shops and restaurants and it was in immaculate condition. Would highly recommend this property.

This townhouse was even more spectacular in person than the photos can capture. This home is breathaking and immaculate and we had a wonderful time using the golf course and pool everyday. It is in the perfect location within walking distance to shopping, restaurants, and, of course, the pool and the golf course! The owner was absolutely incredible to work with from our initial inquiry throughout our stay. There were three couples that stayed here and each of us had so much privacy on each floor with our own bathrooms and a patio/terrace on each floor overlooking the golf course. We completely recommend this rental for anyone who wants to stay in a beautiful home for their vacation, convenient to everything! WE CAN'T WAIT TO COME BACK FOR OUR NEXT VACATION!!!

Great house in a perfect location. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. It met all our needs with all modern conveniences. We looked forward to using the executive golf course and pool every day. It was a pleasure working with the owner. We would definitely stay here again and would also recommend to our friends. Our only regret was not being able to stay another week. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable and sharing your home with us.

Location! Location! Location! We were close enough to everything that we barely drove the car all week. The house was nicely decorated and well maintained, tremendous value for the money....

We really enjoyed staying at your rental! It was beautifully decorated, and we loved the newness, proximity to Cape Henlopen and Rehoboth, and using the pool (and golf course). I also greatly appreciated the ease of dealing with you and the fact that everything was as you had represented (although the townhouse was even better in person than the pictures showed!)
