Welcome to "The River House", one of the cutest and most accommodating homes on the river. Located in beautiful Oswegatchie Hills with access to the beach and deep water dock, you can moor your boat out front, drop in your kayak, or simply get a sun tan on the dock. The home was built in 2007 to hurricane standards.
This is a wonderful place to share some of the summer with your family. Fish in the morning, swim in the afternoon and enjoy the sun sets in the evenings. For entertainment, you will have a fabulous view on the TOP deck both up and down the Niantic River. Wonderful meals can be prepared in the kitchen and on the gas grill. For fun and convenience you can send your food up to the top deck to enjoy in the comfortable surroundings with the assistance of the dumb waiter.
The bedrooms are quite quaint with brand new queen bedsand we have added a set of bunk beds. The Family room has a queen pull out couch. A flat screen TV is located in the the upstairs living room for that movie you just have to see. Sit back and relax in our Riverhouse.
So come and enjoy the mornings on the lower deck watching the geese and evenings on the top deck with the fabulous sun sets.
