This home was built in 2004. We included stainless steel appliances and hardwood flooring throughout. The bathrooms are large and tiled. We also included Jacuzzi bath tubs. There is a large wrap-around covered lanai for relaxing and/or dining. The furnishings are comfortable (not your typical rattan vacation rental furniture) and I believe we've supplied everything you need (from wine opener to garlic press) for a fabulous time on the island of Kauai.
