Right on the beach! Million dollar views from each room! Tall cotton indeed. Very safe and secure, close to everything. We rented surfboards and surfed on the north side of the pier. Went to SeaWorld and the Zoo, Balboa Park, Old Town and Point Loma. Great dining in Old Town and at Hunter Steakhouse. Recommend this condo highly! We had a wonderful time! Fish taco's are a must in San Diego!

this is not your run of the mill cramped vacation rental with thrift store furnishings. the condo is spacious with with large bedrooms, each with its own balcony, like the living room. the furnishings are top of the line, the mattresses are super comfortable. you have unobstructed ocean views from all rooms, people watching and amazing sunsets. all shopping is within very easy walking distance. kono's is right next door and ralph's right down the street. many eateries and shops on garnet. totally enjoyed, will return.

This property is a gem. The location is beach front, just as the owner describes. The accommodations are clean, well kept and have all the needed amenities that a person might want. You're close to all of the attractions. The owner was exceptionally helpful. He was accessible and timely in all matters pertaining to renting the condo. We will be back.

What a great experience! Contacted owner via email, sent pymt. & sec.deposit, arrived on date agreed upon, met owner, owner handed me the keys & remote to the garage & we were set for a most enjoyable experience! Condo was all he had said it would be. Spacious, comfortable, most beautiful views you could ask for & felt like home. Everything we needed was provided & I am looking forward to renting it over & over again! Upon chk-out, was given deposit back & went on our way. Can't say enough about how enjoyable the stay was. And the owner was a very nice personable man. I give the whole experience " 5 STARS!!"

The view is not only from the Living room, but, from the Master bedroom and the 2nd bedroom as well. Nice condo, alittle older,.but, not lacking a thing. Nice thick towels and plentiful at that. Closet space, clean, everything that you need for your stay is here. Secured entry to the Unit which is an added feature for sure. Outside loungers over looking the ocean. Secured underground parking is a HUGE asset for California, your space is always available! The only draw back that I could possibly note is that the Unit itself does not have a washer and dryer. They are available on site for a small charge. The owners are super helpful, nice and knowlegeable people. They will answer all your questions. No problems with our stay at all. The view from the decks are entertaining and last all day. Unit is close to everything.. there is so much to do and see in the area that you will never get bored. Well worth the price and we have our stay booked for 2011 already!! This was our first stay at this Unit and there are alot of other ones out there BUT this one is BY far that Best for the money and the VIEW IS AWSOME!! Sit back and relax and watch and listen to the Ocean. No matter what room you are in you WILL hear and see the Ocean!! REMARKABLE Place!!

If you want to feel you're on the beach, you can't get much closer....Best location in PB! Condo is older but very well kept ...an added perk is the gated on site parking...Grocery store, restaurants, shopping,banking,personal services all within 2 blocks. Were excited about coming back next year!

My husband and I spent 5 weeks at this well-maintained condo. The views are fabulous!! The action on the boardwalk is very interesting and entertaining. There is really no need to go anywhere else. There is so much to see from your windows and balcony. The condo was clean and well maintained. The towels were thick and plentiful.(That means alot to us). Ron, the owner, lives on the 4th floor and was more than willing to help us with any of our needs or questions. We have stayed at a few condos in Pacific Beach, but this,by far, was the most outstanding. We love San Diego and there are too many restaurants and activities to mention. We hope to return to this condo again and again.
