This 1996 square foot home has two bedrooms, two full baths plus an office. It is a very open floor plan with a large patio with beautiful views overlooking the golf course. The master bedroom is very large and has windows overlooking the golf course.
The master bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower as well as two sinks. The great room features a media wall in the family room area and a dining area for entertaining. The large kitchen has an island, many cupboards and a kitchen table in the breakfast nook.
Sun City Grand is an age restricted community. One person must be 55 years of age. Many amenities inside Sun City Grand include exercise room, swimming, etc.
Tenants can obtain a use card for the amenities for $100 each. Also you will get owners reduced rate on all 4 golf courses.
Also included are wireless internet, telephone and cable tv. Please no smokers or pets. A one month minimum rental is required.
