Our house is located in the historic district where you can park two cars and walk to beach or to Asbury Avenue. On your way to the beach, you pass the public tennis courts, skate board park, public restrooms and cross the boardwalk to the clean, white sand. In the evenings, enjoy world-class restaurants or fire up the grill on the deck and have a family picnic. This is an ideal beach vacation for you and your family. Our home is pet friendly for well trained dog. Note: We do not rent to groups of students for prom/graduation parties.

This three story house that sleeps 12 is a great place for two or three families. The house is above a single family apartment. We supply 6 beach badges and 6 beach chairs.

After a day of family fun, enjoy sitting on the front porch on our new wicker furniture or sun on the back deck. Both have gates to protect children and/or pets.

Who doesn't love Mickey Mouse? This is one of the favorite bedrooms that includes a Mickey Mouse TV and DVD player. Take a minute and look at our pictures.

This is a great location because it includes two off-street parking spaces (one behind the other) so there is no driving around looking for a place to park or paying high parking lot fees.

It is a two and a half block walk to the beach and Ocean City's famous Boardwalk. Walk two blocks in the other direction and you will be on Asbury Avenue with its many popular restaurants, ice cream shoppes, delicatessens, churches and large Super Fresh is on 8th & West.

If you want to sit outside there is a front porch (partially shown) and a back deck with a picnic table, gas grill (plus and extra tank so you won't run out of propane) and even a clothes line to hand those wet towels and bathing suits. Both areas have gates to protect children and/or pets.

Or sit in the comfortable living room with seating for nine plus large pillows for floor seating. New leather couch, chair and ottoman, two cushioned rattan chairs next to TV, denim covered three seat sofa and ottoman with decorator pillows. Large pillows for floor seating are also provided. The TV, VCR/DVD and CD player are located here with media library.

The dining room has a table for eight and two side tables. There are also some toys and games stored in this room for little ones. Additional toys and games are in the utility closet off the kitchen. If you need placemats, and additional serving pieces they are stored in the kitchen.

Or, if you choose, gather around in the kitchen (seating for 12). There is a TV/VCR if you want to watch your favorite TV program on cable TV. The kitchen is L-shaped to give the chef lots of cooking space. Lots of dishes, silverware and glasses are provided to serve a crowd. The kitchen has been equipped by a Home Economics educator. The washer and dryer, iron and ironing board are located behind louvered doors in the kitchen. A powder room is also nearby. Cook out on a gas grill on the back deck and enjoy sitting at the picnic table. There is also a clothes line to hang bathing suits and towels.

The second floor has three bedrooms and a full bath. Bedroom one is called the Mickey Mouse Room and includes a Mickey Mouse TV/DVD player. It has three twin beds (two are pushed together). This is a front bedroom with three windows and has a ceiling fan.

Bedroom two has a queen bed with a new chenille and patchwork bedspread and shams and has a TV-VCR and a ceiling fan.

Bedroom three has a pillow-top double bed with a TV for viewing pleasure, plus a ceiling fan.

If children desire their own area, the third floor of this house is it! TV, two twin beds (new mattresses), futon that opens to a double bed and a double bed. Children love to claim this dorm/attic area. This area has a window air conditioner and can also be cooled by window fans with wonderful cross ventilation.
