The house is situated south of the highway on a quiet cul de sac. You will be a 5 minute walk from town and a short bike ride to the beautiful beach. Bridgehampton is a quaint colonial town with local farms stands dotting its roads. It is centrally located between Southampton, East Hampton and Sag Harbor and is a two hour train ride from New York City. The town has great shopping, restaurants and an extensive town library. July and August feature an annual Bridgehampton chamber music festival, polo tournaments and the nationally recognized Hamptons Classic Horse Show. There is also a local Children's Museum and Nature Museum.

We are married with three beautiful children. We fell in love in San Francisco and moved to NYC in 2003. We are an active family who love to get out of the house and explore the world.
Why the Owner Chose Bridgehampton
We love Bridehampton because it is close to New York City and yet worlds away at the same time. We spend most weekends and summers here. It has some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and great family activities like tennis, golf and kids' camp in the summers, and ice skating and sledding in the winter. It is also nicely situated between Southampton, East Hampton and Sag Harbor so we can enjoy what these towns have to offer as well.
The Unique Benefits of this House
We are close to New York City and yet far enough away that feel a great sense of escape and relaxation. There is as much or as little for us to do as we like. We can hang out at the beach all day and bar-b-que by our pool at night, or we can play three sets of tennis followed by an art opening and dinner at a great restaurant.
