Our home has been professionally decorated and equipped with everything you and your guests could possibly need for a fabulous once in a lifetime vacation and was even featured on ABC's Good Morning America. Only an hour from Miami International Airport and yet a world away, is Key Largo. Key Largo is known as the diving capital of the world. Only a mile away is John PenneKamp Coral Reef State Park. Be sure to bring your boat as you will have access to a boat ramp just one block away. Outside our home is Buttonwood Bay, where you can sit on the dock and fish or watch some of the most beautiful sunsets anywhere. Often, you can view manatee and dolphin swimming by. The bay is a great place to explore by kayak, or, you can just kick back and enjoy the sun from our private beach.

I stayed here in April with my wife and two children, ages 5 and 8. We had an absoluting relaxing one week vacation. There are lots of attractions in the area for children, a private beach close by, and great family friendly restaurants. The house was very clean and very comfortable. The owner was very easy to work with and was very interested in making sure that our stay was enjoyable. Would recommend this place to anyone interested in a relaxing Florida vacation.Recommended for: Sightseeing, people with disabilities, girls getaway, families with young children, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

We stayed in this wonderful house for a week and had the best time ever! Two adults and two teenagers had a great time by the private dock, swimming, tanning and watching incredibly beautiful sun sets. The property is amazing! Every little detail is taken care of; the owners have decorated the house beautifully, there is WiFi, TV, BBQ, A/C. Everything very well maintained and clean. Groceries and all types of restaurants nearby. Be sure to visit Rib daddy's steak house - our favourite in Key Largo. Payments, deposits, contact with owner - no problems at all. We absolutely recommend a stay here!Recommended for: Sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, families with teenagers.

We highly recommend the stay at this house. Every little detail is included. We had a great time here. We were able to swim, fish, and hang out by the dock.Recommended for: People with disabilities, girls getaway, pet owners, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with teenagers.

Rental Rules/ Contract Bayside Escape 77 Lakeshore Dr, Key Largo, Florida 33037, Phone #(305)389-2189. 1. CHECK-IN TIME IS AFTER 12 P.M. EST AND CHECK-OUT IS 11 A.M. EST. NO Early Check-in or late check-out. 2. This is a NON SMOKING unit. 3. Pets are not permitted in rental units under any conditions. 4. DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT- A refundable damage/reservation deposit of $1,500.00 is required OR $89 non refundable damage insurance is required. This must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met. a. No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear. b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay. c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in containers, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned. One load of laundry is started. d. All keys are left on the kitchen table and unit is left locked. e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure. f. No linens are lost or damaged. g. NO Early check-in or late check-out. h. The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), or the local law enforcement. 5. PAYMENT – An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required TO HOLD DATE. The advance payment will be applied toward the room rent. Please make payments in the form of bank money orders, cashiers checks or personal checks payable to Palmer's Bayside Escape OR THROUGH PAYPAL. The advance payment is not a damage deposit. The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before your arrival date. 6. CANCELLATIONS – Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit. 7. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY- The maximum number of guests is limited to six (6) persons. An additional charge or $50.00 per person per night for guests in addition to six (6) will be assessed. 8. INCLUSIVE FEES – Rates include a one-time linen-towel setup. Amenity fees are included in the rental rate. 9. ELEVATOR- Elevator is restricted to disabled persons only. 10. NO DAILY MAID SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate however is available at an additional rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
