Other Information
A $1,000 non-refundable security deposit is required on booking and is returned at the end of stay if no damages. All fees will need to be paid in full a minimum of 8 weeks prior to occupancy. Lease application fee is $300 and includes Association Processing and Transfer of Golf and Country Club Membership. Full Golf privileges enable you to Play Golf with a cart every day for a nominal members fee, if you wish. Food credit at the Country Club is required. Cleaning fee at end of rental is $200, unless pre-determined arrangements are made. Minimum of a 1 month rental. Florida Taxes are applicable to the rental charges. No smoking and no pets, please.
