Large enough for several families to share at a fraction of the price of several hotel rooms. Family reunion? Group vacation? The extra large two story living room takes you to the great outdoors of the "Pacific Northwest and Alaska," perfect for entertaining or large gatherings. This opens to a fully equipped "French Country" kitchen to help you save your money for the theme parks. The two downstairs master bedrooms will whisk you off on a fantasy journey to the deep jungles of "Africa" or the warmth of the "Bahamas."

Upstairs you will find three more theme bedrooms: the cool breeze of a cozy "Beach Bungalow." set up with girl toys (dollies, play food, kitchen, dress ups). A relaxing "French Nursery" that overlooks your private pool set up with full crib, strollers, high chair, baby toys, and more and king size bed; and a "Nautical" room to carry you off to the seven seas with boy toys. For the kids: a large private pool, internet games, community basketball court and more.

The large Country Rooster Kitchen is fully equipped for any gourmet cook, and if you don't want to cook you can always use the outdoor BBQ. The Villa comes with a large washer and dryer.
