Very outgoing, but am currently working many hours and am considering renting the condo seasonal on a temporary basis.
Why the Owner Chose West Palm Beach
This is my second home but due to my heavy workload I have not been able to enjoy it as much as before. It has been rented for the last 1 year however tenants lease is up and tenant is moving back to Europe where tenant does most of his business. Tenant stayed in residence for only 1 week for each month. Lease is up on May 15th. Note minimum rental is for 6 months.
The Unique Benefits of this Condo
Incredible views of intra coastal waterway and the Breakers Resort as well as the Atlantic Ocean. Roof top pool and full concierge is included. Guests enjoyed the resort like feel and proximity to very fine restaurants, shopping and great nightlife. Also minutes from historic Palm Beach and minutes from the airport.
