This beautiful condominium has been totally redone from top to bottom, and is filled with tasteful, one-of-a-kind appointments throughout. From the moment you walk in the front door, your eyes will be busy trying to drink in all the splendor provided by the antiques and accessories in the professionally decorated spaces. Even the powder room and bathrooms are works of art. The kitchen has been tastefully decorated complete with granite countertops, and invites you in to make yourself at home. As you make your way up the stairs, you will reach the sumptuous beds in the Master and Second bedrooms. Spectacular views from the living room and second bedroom will make you want to stay inside, but you will be unable to resist the sugary white sands of the Gulf of Mexico, or the large indoor/outdoor pool that awaits just steps down the elevator.
When you feel the need for the great outdoors, just stroll across the parking lot to the fishing docks and try your hand at fishing; you may even be greeted by one of the "locals", who might try to steal your catch! Or you might choose to take a stroll to nearby Carillon Beach and enjoy the Monday night live concerts on the green. Then, when you want to keep in touch with friends and family, we offer complimentary long distance service and WIFI right from our unit...no need to go downstairs in the internet cafe. On the outside chance it rains, we have plenty of board games to keep you occupied, or you could take a short drive to the fantastic Pier Park for shopping.
However you choose to spend your visit, we want you to feel like royalty in our home, not just renters. We want you to feel our warm welcome, even if we aren't there to welcome you. We believe you will be very comfortable in our vacation home, and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do. This property rivals the finest hotels at a reasonable price.

- Camp Helen State Park is adjacent to Pinnacle Port. To access by car, turn left out of gate, and continue to entrance on left. Great wildlife watching, hiking, and ghost tours at Halloween. For the shoppers, we are just 7 miles from Pier Park with Dillards, Penney, Target, many specialty shops and restaurants, as well as Jimmy Buffetts Margaritaville. Great Fun for the whole family!!
