Unit 1105! The photos say it all. One of the largest 3 bedroom units available at the Sapphire and every inch well planned for the perfect beach vacation. You should consider that aside from the penthouse, most other 3 bedroom units available to rent at The Sapphire are substantially smaller AND although they do have a “bayside” balcony and personal grill, they are located ACROSS the hallway OUTSIDE the condo, ours is attached with the grill close to the kitchen. In addition, 1105 boasts an additional very spacious half bath that the smaller units don’t have. Privately owned/managed, exceptionally maintained and one of the best on the beach! The unit is in the CENTER of the 2 towers on the 11th floor and thus boasts incredible panoramic ocean views and impressive bay views. Large 218 sqft balcony staring straight at the ocean and just high enough to watch the pelicans fly by. Outdoor gas grill on bayside balcony. This condo is not your typical sparsely decorated rental. Finish-out is top notch and decor is warm and contemporary. No detail ignored to make your stay easy and luxurious. Peaceful and unbelievably private. Guest bedroom:
Queen size pillow-top bed with gorgeous bay view window. 32' plasma TV with DVD player. Full bath with stand up shower and jetted garden tub just outside the door to the room.Powder bath is also close by this room(sleeps 2).
3rd guest bedroom:
2 sets of bunk beds (sleeps at least 4). Double Bunk room with comfy full size futon on bottom and twin on top. 32' plasma TV with DVD. Full bath with stand up shower and jetted garden tub just outside the door to the room. Powder bath is at the end of the hallway.

Everything is first class!! Condo was very comfortable and inviting. Staff at the resort are friendly and helpful. Amenities are top notch with an incredible gym and cool theater for movie viewing. Game room was convenient. Beach is easily accessible and pool is awesome!! Highly recommend this destination for anyone looking to head to S Padre Island. Best place to stay. What a perfect way to relax and enjoy the beach. Condo was clean, beautifully decorated, has all the conveniences of home except you don't have to worry about answering the phone or doing chores!! The balcony has a perfect view of their amazing pool and of the beach. Bring your favorite movie to watch in their movie theater or watch one of their movies. For you ladies...condo is close to cute shops to spend your money in and places to eat. We had an amazing time and will definitely be back next year!!Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

We enjoyed a wonderful long weekend spent with two other couples in this beautiful, spacious condo. Golfing, shopping, wine tasting, walking the beach and great restaurants were on our agenda. The week continued with four women sharing the space and we had more than enough room with room to spare. The rain did not slow us down. We prepared outstanding breakfasts in the well equipped kitchen then enjoyed time reading, playing cards, walking the beach and sitting poolside/hot tub. 1105 Sapphire is the perfect place to enjoy SPI any time of the year. I look forward to our next visit....can't wait to get back to the Island and this lovely condo!!Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

I just visited the sapphire property and stayed for the weekend with a friend and his family. It was amazing. The kids had such a great time at the pool and the beach. The property itself is well maintained and the pool and the hot tub were very inviting. The condo was very comfortable which was equiped with appliances, cooking utensils, and daily amenities just like your own home. The view was to die for when waking up in the morning. It's a great place to retreat from all the hustle and bustle. We are already planning for the next trip there. Thanks Cara, Shelby, and Chad for letting us enjoyed the condo. I'd highly recommend it. By the way, thank you for recommending the sea turtle rescue exhibit. It was so memorable that my son has picked up many plastic cups at the park because of that educational presentation at the rescue.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Our stay was very enjoyable. The whole place was immaculate. The service was excellent. We were particularly impressed with the family atmosphere. We felt very safe and were able to relax. Our state of mind was peaceful because of the security provided. I went with several girlfriends to the beach and stayed at this condo. The furnishings are great and it is a very comfortable place to stay. There were 4 women in the condo and we had all the room we needed plus more! This is a perfect place for families with children alse. The view of the beach is wonderful. We were there during the first part of February and it was not crowded at all. We rented a movie and used the theater downstairs for a really fun evening. Walks on the beach were fun too....even if there was no sun! The local restaurants provided great seafood.....I would highly recommend SPI and unit #1105 at the Sapphire.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Wow! Sapphire 1105 is everything you are looking for In a beachfront rental! The decor is everything you see in the tour and more. Very clean with everything you need from home. The balcony view is just drop-dead gorgeous, we never get tired of the view, it's where we have our coffee every morning and where you will find us at bedtime each night. The pool is beautiful with a great hot tub. The owners have provided you with a book of suggestions of things to do and places to eat, be sure and try The Big Donkey as they suggest and we loved The Sea Ranch. Be sure and bring your favorite DVD to watch in the theatre, it is unbelievable! Great game room for the kiddos and exercise room. This condo has everything you can think of! The staff is great, the most friendly and helpful we have ever encountered at any condo we have stayed at. We'll be back again as soon as possible.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Love it. It's so beautifully done and has every possible convenience. The amenities in the Sapphine couldn't be better and the staff is just wonderful. Lot's of stuff to do and so many great restaurants. We'll be back next year for sure.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway.

The unit is well decorated, better than my own home. It has a great view of the beach! We are in love with every thing about it...location, looks, comfort and most of all how clean everything is. We are returning again, same time and are planing to make this a yearly trip. We stayed at this condo in April during the crazy spring break season. We had a fantastic experience. The Sapphire was conveniently located right across the bridge making our drive very easy. The entire facility is so clean and the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. Security was always present to make us feel safe too. The amenities are top notch with an onsite spa, fantastic full size gym and gorgeous swimming pool and easy access to the beach. The condo is on the 11th floor making it very easy to access and you don't feel too high or too low in the building. Elevators were very fast. The condo was up to date and extremely clean and well maintained. They even had a full size washer/dryer. The owners were very easy to work with and made our stay pleasurable. We've recommended it already to our friends and we'll stay there again when we go back. Perfect for multi families or to enjoy the place all to yourself. We are looking forward to walking to the new water park on our next visit. It's the nicest place to stay on the island.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Please request rental agreement from jenny@moreland.com **CANCELLATION POLICY: Rental agreement must be canceled by written notification to Owner no later than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term. Upon such cancellation within thirty (30) days of the start of the rental term, Renter will forfeit one hundred percent (100%) of the security deposit and rental fees paid. When this agreement is canceled more than thirty (30) days prior to the start of the rental term, one hundred percent (100%) of the security deposit will be forfeited and shall be non-refundable; however, 1/2 of rental fees paid will be returned. THIS CANCELLATION POLICY APPLIES EVEN IF HURRICANE, TROPICAL STORM, OIL SPILL, OR ANY OTHER WEATHER CONDITION EXISTS OR IS THREATENED BEFORE, DURING, OR AFTER THE RENTAL TERM. USE OF PROPERTY/RULES AND REGULATIONS: You may use the Rental Premises only as a single family residence. You must also abide by the rules and regulations established by the Sapphire Condominiums and the Sapphire Condominium Association, Inc. while you are on the Sapphire Condominium complex and while you are using any of the facilities associated with the Sapphire Condominiums. In the event that the owners of Sapphire 1105 are made financially responsible for any fines as a result of negligent behavior on the part of the renter, the renter will become liable for those fines and reimbursement to the owner. MAINTENANCE: Please notify Jenny Palmieri immediately at (512) 560-6104, should any maintenance issues arise during occupancy. No pets are allowed. The Rental Premises is a non-smoking unit. No smoking is allowed in the interior of the Rental Premises or on the exterior balconies of the Rental Premises. Any evidence of pets or smoking in or about the Rental Premises will result in a forfeited security deposit as well as an assessment of any other damages. You will be provided with clean sheets and linens. Please do not take the towels we supply to the beach. POOL AND HOT TUB WARNING: No running, roughhousing, general horseplay or disorderly conduct that endangers anyone's safety is allowed in the pool area or other facilities of the Sapphire Condominiums. No diving, somersaults, backdives, cannon balls, or similar type entries into the pool are permitted. No children under the age of 14 are allowed in the pool unsupervised by an adult. Breakable objects are not permitted in the pool area at any time. Intoxicated persons are not allowed in the pool area at any time. Use of the pool area is restricted to guests of The Sapphire Condominiums. Adjusting of the pool equipment is not permitted, other than to turn on and off the hot tub. Use of the pool and other facilities of the Sapphire Condominiums is at the Renter's own risk and by use of the pool and other facilities, Renter agrees to hold Owner harmless of any liability of any kind related to the use of the pool and facilities. INDEMNIFICATION: The Owner is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to your belongings or personal property while at the Rental Premises or at the Sapphire Condominiums. You hereby agree to indemnify and hold Owner and Owner’s agents, partners, managers, representatives and assigns, including the Rental Premises, free and harmless from any costs, fees (including attorneys fees), expenses, damages, claims and liabilities for injury to or death of any person, including yourself, your guests and members of your party, or for damage to property arising from your using and occupying the Rental Premises or from the act or omission to act of any person or persons, including yourself, your guests and members of your party, in or about the Rental Premises or the Sapphire Condominiums with or without your express or implied consent. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the Rental Premises; you can be removed from the Rental Premises without process of law if you do not depart at the agreed upon checkout time or if you violate the terms of this Rental Agreement. BY EXECUTION OF THIS RENTAL AGREEMENT, YOU ARE ASSUMING LIABILITY AND RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR PARTY AND ANY OF YOUR GUESTS DURING YOUR STAY, ESPECIALLY WITH REGARD TO THE MATTERS SET FORTH HEREIN. Additional fees will be charged if the Rental Premises are damaged or left excessively unclean or if towels, linens, household items, appliances or other property is missing or damaged. If there are no further fees or damage, the security deposit will be returned by regular mail two (2) weeks after your date of departure. If Owner makes a claim against your security deposit or other claim, Owner will mail you a letter describing the details of the claim within thirty (30) days after date of departure. You will be notified via email, regular mail, or fax that Owners have received the executed Rental Agreement and the rental fee and/or security deposit required by this Rental Agreement. You will receive an invoice that reflects any remaining balance due. CHOICE OF LAW AND VENUE: This Rental Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas. The prevailing party under this Rental Agreement shall be entitled to recover attorney’s fees from the non-prevailing party. About the owner: Sapphire 1105 is owned and managed by, us, the owners. We put our deposit down when this incredible development was still just a parking lot. I love it's accessibility and all the amenities. We stocked our condo as if we were going to live there, you will have everything you need. Our goal is to have you return again and again over the years.

1105 was built in 2009 and is the largest of the 3 bedroom floor plans offered at the Sapphire (“Diamond” floor plan at 1750 SF with oceanside outdoor terrace at 239 SF) You should consider that aside from the penthouse, most other 3 bedroom units available to rent at The Sapphire are substantially smaller AND although they do have a “bayside” balcony and personal grill, they are located ACROSS the hallway OUTSIDE the condo. In addition, 1105 boasts an additional very spacious half bath that the smaller units don’t have. This will prove to be more important than you think. Trust me!
1105 is in the CENTER of the 2 towers on the 11th floor and thus boasts incredible panoramic ocean views and impressive bay views. We specifically chose the 11th floor in the left tower for many reasons you will understand upon arrival, and it has proven to be an absolutely perfect location in the development. You don’t want to be too high (that you can’t see the dolphins and beach activity from the balcony) or too low (that your view is impeded by neighboring buildings or are disturbed by the ground level activity). We are at the perfect structural height for pelicans fly right by us. Both balconies have comfy furniture to sit and relax and are peaceful and unbelievably private.
The master and guest rooms both have giant “un-crushable” featherbeds on top of the mattress. So comfortable in fact, that I have had requests from several renters on how I made the beds SO comfortable! The bunk room is the largest bedroom and seems to be everyone’s favorite. With 2 sets of bunk beds, (double size mattress on bottoms and twins on top) it can easily accommodate 4 kids or 4 adults.
Plain and simple, this place is the most fabulous 1st class place on the island. Even if it's not our unit that you rent, then still make sure you stay at The Sapphire. You won't regret it.
