Lovely bright and comfortable 74 m2 (797 sq. ft.) Barcelona apartment completely renewed creating comfortable modern nice environments with a nice balcony 8 m2 (86 sq. ft.) for morning breakfast.
The apartment is on the eighth floor of classic corner building from the 70's with elevator, and can accommodate up to 6 people, with two bedrooms with double bed, one of them with exit to the balcony and a third bedroom with double futon style bed. Also a sofa bed in the living area and a bathroom with bathtub.
Modern and very well equipped with new electrical appliances and free Internet Wi-Fi connection. Due to the orientation the apartment receives the agreeable morning sun and has wide open views. Comfortable fully self catering, Barcelona holiday apartment accommodation.
Excellent location, very central in the Eixample neighbourhood (the Expansion), whose development occurred in the middle of the 19th century due to the necessity to extend the city.
Walking distance to the Sagrada Familia Church and very well connected with buses and metro lines L5 (blue line) and L2 (Violet line)that takes you to the Gothic Quarter in a short time with the roman monuments, the Liceo Opera House, the Picasso Museum and the famous Ramblas, the Montjuïch Mountain with the Miró Foundation, or the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya and Exhibitions at Caixa Forum building also from architect Josep Puig I Cadafalc. For the beaches there is a direct bus and takes around 15 minutes.
Very close also to a Bus stop of the Tourist bus, excellent system to discover Barcelona on your first visit.
Safe and quiet area with a fresh market nearby, supermarkets, bakerys and food shops, and also with good restaurants and terraces.
Low Season: November 2nd to December 17th, January 6th to February 10th and February 18th to April 15th.
Normal Season: December 18th to January 5th, February 11th to February 17th and April 16th to November 1st.
Booking fee: 10.00 euros due to management expenses.
Cleaning service fee: There is an obligatory one-time fee of 50.00 euros for apartment-cleaning service at the end of your stay, not included in the rates.

Our two weeks here in Barcelona were wonderful. We went to a lot of places, but still there were some places that we couldn’t. This is an amazing city, with lots of things to do. The food was marvelous and we gained a few pounds. Although it was winter the climate was fair with very little rain. The apartment was a home away from home for us, and it contained everything that we possibly need, as well as the neighborhood had all the services and supplies at near walking distance. It was perfect.

The apartment is just as described, in immaculate condition. Sra Montserrat was charming and gracious, helping us with lost luggage and taxi reservations. Situated very close to the Sagrada metro station, we were able to get around the city with ease. Close by are grocery stores, bakeries and markets. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the apartment to other visitors.
Recommended for:Tourists without a car, sightseeing.
