Year Purchased: 1989
We are a local Ephraim family (born and raised here!) We lived in this house for 20 years, after purchasing it from its original owner, Gordy Oneson, who is one of Ephraim's first white settlers!

We lived here for 19 years and raised our two children in this house.

The house is newly decorated and furnished, with all new furniture, bedding and pillow-top mattresses. We have bikes for your use (no extra charge) if interested.
