This beautiful Key West style beach retreat is located in the prestigious Laguna Beach area.
The Caribbean inspired neighborhood is on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, where it captures the world famous white sand beaches and turquoise blue waters on the Gulf Of Mexico!
We welcome you to "Somewhere in the Sun". Convenient to Anything and Everything! Enjoy our three level, 2200 square feet, spacious living, open floor plan in a true vacation seaside setting.
The main level features Bamboo hardwood floors throughout, with an open arrangement of living, dining, full bath and kitchen.(Includes: 42" flat TV/entertainment, queen sleeper sofa, large dining table, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances ,tiled bath, fully stocked kitchen and washer/dryer.)
The main level bedroom includes a queen suite and walk-out patio.
The second level features new Berber carpet throughout and two tiled bathrooms. The master bedroom includes a king suite with walk-out balcony, 32" flat TV, large bathroom w/double vanity, garden tub, separate shower and a large walk-in closet. The two guest bedrooms include a double bed and the other is a daybed/trundle(2 twins).
The third level loft includes a sofa, 32" flat TV/entertainment area and provides a walk-out balcony to enjoy ocean views and a sunset cocktail!
Our home is one of six in the quaint Caribbean style beach community. The house is a short 2 min. drive in either direction to the locally renowned "Sunnyside Grill" and or the famous "Thomas' Donuts" featured in Coastal Homes & Lifestyles magazine.
Both restaurants are great breakfast stops. Also, the new Pier Park(featured on the Travel channel)is a 5 min. drive, it's Board Walk boasts a full scale shopping mall, boutiques, incredible restaurants, night clubs, movie theater, live entertainment, volleyball courts, and of course kids entertainment.
Also, with drink in hand, you'll enjoy the 1 min. walk over to the sun an the sand!
"Somewhere in the Sun" is a great getaway to the beach. The memories of your visit will bring you back time and time again. We offer last minute, book in advance, weddings, and family gathering deals. All funds and standard deposit must be paid prior to arrival.
