EPIC SUNSETS from the balconies of this fabulous 4 BR/4 BA bayfront townhome with south-facing views of the Bay and the Ocean City skyline.
This home features 3 master suites plus a BR/Den with full bath. The home has high end finishes including granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and dreamy baths. We have a large garage with ample storage for jet skis. There is parking for 4 cars under cover and plenty of room for boat storage. There is a public boat launch next door and a day dock on site (subject to tidal conditions). The community has a pool.
We are located just west of Fenwick Island, DE, just minutes to the beaches at Fenwick Island State Park. There are plenty of restaurants nearby; some within walking distance. There is also shopping and movie theaters nearby.
Fenwick Island, the most southeastern of the Delaware beach communities, is just a mile long and a half a mile wide and is home to just a few hundred full-time residents. Come summertime, the town opens its doors to visitors to help them have a little bit of eastern shore hospitality. Fenwick is nestled between the Atlantic Ocean and Little Assawoman Bay, offering visitors the best of two kinds of beaches. Another treat greeting visitors on Fenwick Island are waterfront sunrises and sunsets. Watch the sun creep up over the Atlantic, and after a full day, watch it settle down to rest behind the Assawoman Bay. For small town charm and breathtaking natural beauty on the Atlantic shore, Fenwick Island, Delaware cannot be beat.
Nightly and Weekly Rentals 12 Months Per Year.
We only rent from Saturday to Saturday during the summer months, no partial weeks. Sorry!

My family and I loved this townhouse! We stayed in the Deleware area for the past 8 seasons and this townhouse was the best place that we rented! My husband fished right in the back yard while the rest of my family enjoyed the beautiful view from the balcony. Beautiful beaches were a ten min drive. There were restaurants that we could walked to. I am already excited for next summer. Also,the owners were wonderful!
Recommended for:Romantic getaway, girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers.
Amazing, would recommend to anyone!

My family and I absolutely loved this property. The pictures posted are great but when we saw it in person, WOW!!! My family and I vacation in Delaware every year, we usually have over 10 people vacationing with us. This year we had under 10, so the search was on and came arcross this townhouse. This by far was the best house we ever stayed at. The view from the 2 balconies incrediable, house was very clean, kitchen and living room open floor plan lots of space, kitchen was amazing and very well equiped, each bedroom has it's own full bathroom, even the 4th bathroom downstairs has a full bathroom. The kids loved the pool, and with there only being about 10 townhouses in the development we had the pool to ourselves every time. We went to the beach at Fenwick State Park which is about 3 miles away, traffic is very minimal on the way/back from the beach - which was a big plus to my husband. Wish we would have brought fishing/crabbing gear for the kids you can do all of this right off the back yard. If we have less than 10 people vacationing with us next year, this will absolutely be our spot! Owner was very nice to deal with! Most definitely 5+ stars!!
