From your private top floor balcony, enjoy panoramic views of sunrises, sunsets, and dolphins at play. When you are not enjoying the two beachside pools (one heated in season) take advantage of the complimentary beach service that accompanies this unit during season.
This penthouse condo has 10' ceilings with floor to ceiling windows/doors to maximize your views of the Gulf of Mexico from inside the unit. The bedroom provides water views of Santa Rosa Sound/Intercoastal for a true island feel.
Water's Edge has a fitness room with cardio equipment & universal machines so you will not have to worry about missing your daily workout. Sidewalks also line Santa Rosa Blvd if you would like to take a run on a solid surface.
Our Water's Edge unit has a fully equipped kitchen to provide all of your meals in. If you do decide to dine out, you will have several choices to choose from.

Old Bay Steamer - They specialize in steamed seafood by the bucket full. Pasta & steaks are also offered on the menu for kids or non-seafood eaters.
* The original Fudpuckers Bar & Grill is located down the street within walking distance, it is a favorite for visitors & locals alike. Great for families.
* For the best pizza on the island head over to Helen Back. For dining in, choose the back patio with a view of the sound.
*Los Panchos Mexican Restaurant is beside Helen Back on Amberjack Drive. They offer take out too for those long days on the beach.
* Six miles east to Destin provides countless dining and entertainment options from gourmet restaurants to local establishments.

Fish at the Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier. The pier is 1262 ft long and has an octagon at the end so everyone has room to fish. Rod and Reel rental available at pier. The Boardwalk offers dining and entertainment options.
Main Street in Ft. Walton Beach offers unique shopping, antiquing and dining.
The Gulfarium has seals, sea lions, sharks, alligators, penguins and more.
Destin, Florida is only a few minutes away.
Visit the Silver Sands Outlet Mall with over 100 stores or the beautiful walking promenade of The Destin Commons with great stores such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Ann Taylor Loft, Banana Republic, Belk, Books-A-Million & Maui Nix Surf Shop to name a few as well as dining options at both.
