This is a "ground floor", 3 bedroom condo (we have converted 1 of the bedrooms into a den, with a "pull out" bed/couch - this is also where we connect our computer/printer).
The full Kitchen has an adjoining Dining/Living room, then you can enter the screened in Front Porch from the Living room. There is a large pond just outside the front porch, with a lighted fountain in the center.
One can spend lot's of time just relaxing/reading out there, as the pool is at the opposite end of the pool & the rising sun hits the porch until about noon.
The Master Bedroom has a queen size bed & private bath (the Master Bedroom can also be closed off from the rest of the condo, via a door, of course each bedroom has a door also).
The Bath off the Master Bedroom has 2 lavatories, in the outer area & a shower & tub; plus a stool in the adjacent room. The other full Bath serves the general area, as well as the 2 bed rooms.
The condo complex is located about a block from the beach, pier, public area (where the city market takes place every Wed., there are also some other activities such as volleyball courts & in the summer special musical programs) & about 2 blocks from the Anastasia State Park Beach.
We also enjoy the activities at the YMCA, which is located about 2 blocks away.

Year Purchased: 2005
Hi ya - Retired folks here & adjusting. Love this location & plan to hover here during part of the winter (when not in Indiana), that usually means from early Jan thru April. We also usually make it back for a couple of weeks in the summer & fall. Seemed like we should make it available for others to enjoy when we we were not here - so thought we'd give this a try. If you need information that you don't find here, please give us a call.
Why the Owner Chose St. Augustine
I guess we like this location most because of the fabulous beach - but probably should also mention that we enjoy the "Y" (exercise/class facilities), eating establishments & the fact that we can get here from Indiana in 1 long day. The times that we've been here it seems that most of the storms seem to miss this location & we are amazed at how much the sun shines. Also, it doesn't seem to get quite as hot here, which we enjoy (but still warmer than Indiana).
The Unique Benefits of this Condominium
Again, it would have to be the beach followed by the fact that the place is not yet overrun by people & "high rise" businesses/buildings. I once visited western Florida & had to wait through 3 stop lights before I could proceed about a block - needless to say, it wasn't appreciated.
