This newly renovated Greenwich Village apartment occupies the full second floor of an historic building, and offers charming details and authenticity along with modern amenities. The space features a fully furnished living/dining room, a library alcove off the living room with a chaise, and a raw studio space with exposed brick and steel shuttered windows.

The apartment is spacious, approximately 1800 square feet, and sunny all day long. The master bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has two twin beds.
