Promises Kept is a brand new beautiful custom-Luxury 4 bedroom 4.5 bath Villa. This beautifully landscaped Villa faces east for magnificent sunrises and cool breezy afternoons. Located in Point Rendezvous 400 feet above the ocean.

The main house consists of 3200 sq. ft. of interior space and 1800 sq. ft of covered verandas.

Three levels, four bedrooms, and four and a half bathrooms with an interior staircase to allow to you to get to all rooms without having to go outside.

This fully air-conditioned villa offers four king-bedroom suites. There is also a queen sleeper sofa and a 52" Plasma TV with home entertainment system in the lower level Family Room.

Two levels have covered verandas, so when a simple rainstorm passes by, you can sit outside and not get wet.

With spacious decks, magnificent infinity edge pool and plenty of room for sunbathing you can spend the entire day by the pool.
