You can't get closer to the beach than this! The sand is wide and un-crowded, and dolphins are seen almost daily. Sea birds are plentiful. We are in Park Shore, one of the most desirable locations in Naples. You can walk to Venetian Village for shopping. Downtown Naples (Fifth Avenue) is a ten minute drive away. The symphony is even closer. Our condo was recently renovated to the highest standards. It has never been rented before and is in impeccable condition. Meridian Club owners can only rent for THREE MONTHS, once a year, and we owners live in it the rest of the time, so you know the quality. The condo is 2000 square feet with three bedrooms (one is a Murphy bedroom), three baths, large closets, and a den. The lanai sweeps around the entire exterior and offers great views. We are on the third floor accessible by elevator or stairs. There are two party rooms (one with a full kitchen) on the main floor for your entertaining. Our pool is directly adjacent to the beach, is large and lovely, and has a spa, sauna, and a chickee hut for eating. We have tennis courts, and golf courses are plentiful nearby. You can go fishing in the Ten Thousand Islands.

Why the Owner Chose Park Shore
Naples has the best weather in Florida. Gulf Shore Boulevard is a very quiet stretch along the outer beach of Naples. The broad beach is peaceful and just steps from the residence. We have the nicest pool and spa on the boulevard.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo
The paved beach walk goes a mile along the shore, perfect for jogs. We have tennis, a fitness room, proximity to the best shopping and restaurants at Venetian Village. The weather is enhanced by the constant breezes right off the ocean. The sunsets outside our condo are incomparable.
