Beau condo, bien situé ; près des grandes voies d'accès, des épiceries, des pharmacies et à quelques minutes en voiture de la plage. Ce site est très sécuritaire et très bien entretenu. La piscine chauffée et le spa sont très propres et la vue donnant sur la baie est magnifique. Le condo est bien équipé et impeccable. De vraies vacances! Il est très facile de faire affaire avec le propriétaire ainsi qu'avec le concierge qui nous attend sur les lieux. N'hésitez pas!

The apartment was clean and well-maintained and looks exactly like the pictures. The surroundings are beautiful, the building, pool and grounds are very well kept. We really loved our stay here. You have an easy access to your parking place. You can easily access also to everything necessary for a great vacation, like Airport, Malls, Publix, I recommend this property to all my friends and others who wish to visit Miami, Security was excellent.

The apartment is great, close to Aventura mall and the beach. Has all the amenities needed( washer, dryer, dishwasher and internet access) Property is clean and well kept. Needs more towels. I would certainly recommend it to friends and family. We will be back for sure.

The apartment is clean and well-maintained and looks exactly like the pictures. The covered parking spot is conveniently located right beside the door to the building. The grounds are nice and well kept and we enjoyed the use of both outdoor pools. The location of this property is our favourite as it is convenient to shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Being in an apartment (with a washer/dryer) is much more comfortable (and convenient) than being in a hotel room. I would definitely recommend it to others. The owner and his property manager are nice and easy to deal with.

The description at VRBO is accurate regarding everything about the property. We spent already four holidays there, the condo was always clean and well maintained. It has a well equipped nice kitchen. Everything looks like you see it on the pictures. We are always glad to arrive at the beautiful estate, to see and use the main pool and see the fantastic view from clubhouse. The condo has a nice garden view, too. You have an easy access to your parking place. You can easily arrive attractions, like the beaches, theatres, Aventura Mall, Las Olas in Ft Lauderdale and airport FLL. It is near to Freshmarket or Publix in nice Loehmann Plaza. I recommend this property to all my friends.

This ia a return visit,we stayed last April. Good amenities,excellent pool and Gym. Apartment clean and comfortable, however could have more towels(only three large) but still excellent value for money and we will probably be returning next again. Great location,malls,beaches restaurants, everything necessary for a great vacation.
