Our little bit of paradise is located on a lush tropical courtyard just minutes from the Ole Village Centre. It is a spacious 1700 sq. ft lovingly and beautifully decorated condo. It is truly a "home away from home". Because we love to spend time here too it has many extras that make it a special place to be. We have provided everything you need to enjoy a trip to the beach, go on a picnic or barbeque on the balcony.
This fully furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage condo has numerous upgrades throughout, including granite counters, new appliances, upgraded tile, cherry cabinets, large master bath with whirlpool tub and separate shower, large walk-in closets. The home features a large, open floor plan with tall ceilings, 1,730 square feet of living space. In addition, there is a large balcony for enjoying an afternoon sunset.

The home is in Lely Resort of Naples in the beautiful new Ole' Community which boasts wonderful Mediterranean architecture, lots of green space and plenty of outdoor activities for the entire family. The inviting and quiet community is built around a thriving village center which includes a large, resort-style pool and beautiful waterfall, a fabulous Fitness Center/gym and an aerobics studio.

We are Canadians who are semi retired. (That means one is retired and one is not!) We grew up in Southern Ontario and although we love Canada, at this time in our life we enjoy escaping to warmer climates.
Why the Owner Chose Ole
After a visit to Italy, we were vacationing in Naples and fell in love with Ole. What a unique and gorgeous setting. It reminded us of our villa in Tuscany. We are in the prettiest part of Florida....minutes to the ocean in a wonderful resort-like setting. Everything is lush and so much to see and do. This area has consistent weather - we always say "another sunny day in Paradise."
