Why the Owner Chose Bear Lake
Took Property as part payment for a home we built near this one. We saw the potential to rent this cabin out till we find a buyer, plus it will be easier to sell with a rental income.
The Unique Benefits of this Cabin
We have another cabin near this one that we use just for ourselves and use it all year round as a weekend getaway, snowmobiling, boating, and the kids wouldn't want to be anywhere else but there for Christmas.

This was our second year coming to this cabin. We love the layout and the location! Hope we can come back next year!

We took a trip with friends to this cabin. It is set up high on a hill, so you have an excellent view through the huge windows. The backyard has space and lighting for volleyball or other outdoor games. The inside is spacious with plenty of room for a big group to sit and eat, visit, or play games. It was too cold to get in the lake at the time of year we went, but we had fun hanging out at the beach at the south end of the lake, fishing, hiking, and playing outdoor games. Some of our group went on a tour of some caves that was about a half hour away. The owner was very easy to get a hold of and work with. He was helpful and willing to accommodate to our needs. There were only a couple of drawbacks. The edge of the backyard dropped down into a hill with a stream at the bottom. When we played volleyball, the ball often went off the edge. We also had to keep a very close eye on all the young children since there was water nearby (something you should expect at a lake). Also, we were not able to get into the community pool. Overall, it was a wonderful trip! The cabin FAR exceeded our expectations and was a great to place to relax and enjoy nature. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and/or stay there again!

My family has spent time at this excellent rental twice in the last year. We will be going back soon. It has one of the most beautiful views In all directions that I have ever witnessed. It is within a few minutes of the prettiest lake in the region. The buildings, inside and out, are very well maintained and everything is in its place. The owners are friendly and go out of their way to make your stay memorable. Bring your food and family and enjoy the best stay that you will anywhere. Dan
